Picked up food from here for iftar. The shawarmas were excellent but the bowls were extremely dry and tasteless - turns out they forgot to add sauce to it which adds all the flavour. Reading reviews below, says to e.ail them to rectify the situation but they never respond.

We placed a take out order today and watched the gentleman behind the counter handle everything like a champ. Mohammed Iqbal was on top of each order and making sure everyone walked away happy! Job well done. You don’t see customer service like that very often.

I was disappointed with the portion size for the price paid. They didn't even fill the container, literally a quarter of it is empty. I would have liked them to put more sauce on the food as well. Food itself was okay, nothing special.

Sent the wrong order. We called and said we do not chicken. They said there’s nothing they can do other than drive back to their restaurant. (We had placed a delivery). Joel’s customer service was not good. Normally we love Boustans but this was a let down.

My friend and I love Boustan Shawarma! We mainly get the bowls. The Chicken and Beef mix is fantastic, the rice is always fresh, and the potatoes are a delight. It’s great value, especially with the Bogo deal on UberEats. Picking up is a breeze, and the staff at the Lawrence location are exceptionally nice. Even with the Bogo order through UberEats, they let you sit in. I give it a 4 because occasionally the bowl is a bit dry, depending on who’s filling it and the time of day. Overall, though, it’s a tasty experience.It’s too bad they don’t have the Zataar sauce no more. Boustan sauce is great, their garlic is good too. In you walk in they also have daily deals. You won’t be disappointed for a good warm meal.

We just placed an uber order from here for the first time, and even though the delivery was quick, our order was completely wrong. They left out an entire portion of the combo we ordered, and the sandwich was completely fallen apart. Then didn't even answer the phones when we kept calling. After asking for a refund on uber all they gave back was $0.61. Not a good first impression.
