In general, buying Filipino food is a huge hit or miss - often you'll find it's an uneven price:quality ratio where it's costly for something that doesn't even taste that good and you could probably make your own version better.
I've had bulakenyos before I even knew who they were at least 10 times and let me tell you, their lumpia is probably the best I've EVER HAD (2nd to my dad's cooking of course). The meat filling they use is highly addictive, it has the perfect crunch, and it comes in the perfect size. I always end up eating a good 15-20 pcs per round but even then I keep coming back with future meals. My friends even buy in large portions and freeze to make sure they've got steady stock on hand.
Something to know about this place is that they mostly do party trays. They do have a small counter selection of takeout food, but their main focus and menu is the trays.
I also had a chance to try their sago't gulaman which is a traditional Filipino drink perfect for hot summery days made with brown sugar, vanilla extract, water, tapioca and gelatin (I always assume it's grass jelly). I thought it was a bit too sweet but the portion was great, so I can't complain much.
During my first visit to their shop, we ordered ~5 different medium party trays to be ready for the next early afternoon. The portion they served us was huge and we ended up with a lot of leftovers (which means more for me!).
Highly recommend others check this place out! I would say it's a sort of hidden gem.

I want to preface this review by saying that I appreciate the hard work that goes into the workers preparing our Christmas orders. The food was great, no complaints there.
But I have never experienced this type of catering service where it was very poorly managed. We placed a catering order for Christmas Eve and requested for pick up at 5pm. Understanding how busy this time of the year is, we expected a bit of a wait. However, we did not expect to be waiting for over 3 hours past our designated pick up time slot. Our family Christmas dinner plan was cut short due to this delay.
This was a big disappointment and found this unprofessional. I am not sure if this was the first time they were doing catering for a large volume of customers. I hope for next year’s Christmas service, they have learned from this experience and are more prepared of the volume and what to expect.
