We are a regular customer at Burger Factory, Fairview Mall (North York), and the difference in quality of food between the two branches is absolutely horrifying.
We ordered 4 burgers based on our exceptionally good experience from other sites but alas! it was a total disaster.
The fried were too oily, mac and cheese bites - dry, veggie burger was a complete disappointment with an undercooked veggie patty, juicy lucy burger had the tiniest possible burger bun, no spice or flavours in any of the burgers.
We expected a much better meal for the price we paid.

I had high hopes for Burger Factory, but was completely let down. The beef patty in my burger was clearly frozen — dry, flavorless, and had that unmistakable rubbery texture. If I'm going out to eat, I expect something better than what I could microwave at home. Totally disappointed. Not coming back.

bogo chicken fillet burger was NOT as advertised. Paid 23 dollars for dry flat chicken. They have lowered their quality significantly.

I had purchased their compressor thinking its filling but woah the size was gigantic. Really pleased to see it. It was cheesy and juicy too. Made a combo meal with poutine, seriously was so cheesy and tasty…Amazing guys!! The lady in the counter was so sweet and really ambience was fresh and tranquil. Made my dinner today!!! Thank god they were nearly about to close else my dinner wouldn’t be the same….appreciate it guys!!!!
