Who ever was taking order from driver thru at 12 am sharp .. has shitty attitude can’t believe burgerking runs the store using people with worst attitude , I was waiting in drive thru to place an order she made me wait for 5 mins with out taking an order and she was taking someone else’s order in between thru the window wjen I said it’s not fair she was like I asked u to wait , if u can’t do that leave I mean , if that’s the people u r using to run ur business .. good luck 👍

Customer Service at this location is top-notch! We had issues with online orders and once we figured the issue out they helped it to arrive. BK online website take note, this is what true customer service is! Great job, Cedabrae!!!!

Worst BK I’ve ever been to. Waited half an hour for my order just for it to be wrong. Finally get my roadhouse crispy chicken for it not to have bacon and the wrong kind of sauce (don’t know what it was but it’s disgusting). Don’t waste your money

I have been going to this location for years , it's my default at this point . The food is hot and yes the fries are mostly always hot and fresh as well

Worst service ever, went around 12:30pm and it seems no one knows how to run the kitchen. It’s lunch and the cashier was taking orders and packing food without washing hands. Makes me question their how sanitary they are. In addition I saw them mess up 4 people’s orders infront of me (missing items for orders, wrong orders given out etc). Seems like they don’t care too when customers complained about orders they would laugh. They could schedule more staff to make operations smoother especially for a Saturday Lunch period. Overall would not come back to this specific location

Had a great meal at Burger King today. The food was tasty and delicious. Big shoutout to Katriella who made the visit excellent. Having a big smile and positive attitude making the visit welcoming. She is friendly and made sure that my orders are perfect. It’s rare to find such excellent service. Burger King needs more employees like her.
Fantastic experience with the service provided by the drive-thru Team Member at Burger King drive-thru located at 3495 Lawrence Avenue East today at 13:19:43 on June 2, 2025.
The service I experienced was prompt, and the food was both fresh and tasty.
At this location you can really see their commitment to quality, even as a fast food place. The restaurant staff is polite, and your order is correct.
I highly recommend it if you're in search of fast fresh meal with excellent service.

I was just at this location and ordered a whopper combo. After attempting to upsell me on at least 5 items, he didn't even listen when I said I wanted large fries. Please train your staff to actually LISTEN to the customer and what they are ordering and ease off on the upselling. I will not be returning to this location again.
