I recently visited this place and had a mixed experience. The Indian girl working there was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the guy provided zero customer service. He rudely asked me to move to another table just because it had been cleaned, which made me feel unwelcome. The overall vibe was uncomfortable, as if he was keeping an eye on me and waiting for me to leave. Not a pleasant experience-I won’t be coming back.

I swear all restaurants In this plaza are cursed... Bought a whopper combo, thank God I don't use straws because when I opened up my drink lid there was a ROACH floating in the coke. If this is what is coming out of the machine facing front of house, imagine what is going on in the back that you don't see...

BK fries have gone from the best in the industry to the worst.

Can't see this location on BK's app for some reason, which makes using app based deals a little difficult, but not impossible....you just need to ask the cashier to do it.

Burger King has a buy-one-get-one-free package. I purchased it through the app and the credit card was successfully charged, but the app said their system was down, so I tried again. After four attempts, the charge was debited four times, and then I received a chargeback from my credit card. SMS. I told the front desk that I could only contact customer service. The most important thing is that I saw a customer holding a drink cup in the store and asking for ice. He only gave small cups, otherwise he would have to buy them. Can't they all refill the cup? Why are you charged for ordering ice? The service attitude is quite blunt. I will never come here again.
