Hit or miss. Only this time today around noon which wasn't that busy during that time of day. The cashier who communicated to me was fluent in english and yet got my order wrong twice. Caught the first problem on my order receipt which I specifically asked "no mayo and no pickle. Just L,T,O, and ketchup" instead it says Only Mayo and Only pickles. So, I told the cashier their is a mistake on your order take and he quickly rectified it to his cook but the problem is once I got home, I checked one of my double whopper has mayo. I allergic to mayo should I not have opened up the burger carefully as I always do. I would have been in the hospital.

We were at the mall and stopped in at this location for dinner. The new look inside gave it a fresh look that said welcome.The staff was friendly , nice and helpful and served the food fast and fresh. The Whopper tasted great it was fresh and seem to taste one of the best I have had in a while the fries was fresh and the rest of the food was as well. One item down side was the soft drink that you can not get it yourself but the main thing is that Bk has changed the cup size's. The cup size for a med cup is the size of small now and a large drink now is the size of a med drink yet the cost did not drop for getting less pop. The size of the cup is not the store's choice it comes from head office but I really think it is a disgrace that cup has been cut down in size so bad and no drop in price. So now that BK has changed the size for the cup is it going to mean other fast food stores are going to follow??But I was able to get a refill before leavin which- was a good thing.. I will return anytime I have the chance to when I am in the area.

Screw this place. It's become a craptastic dive due to the attitude of the Indian owner and the entire Indian staff. They care crap all about customer service - it doesn't exist. I placed an order thru the BK app. The amount for the Whopper combo and large fries was placed. Money was deducted from my bank account and ZERO order was placed thru the app. No receipt was produced or sent to the email. What an effing joke!! I told each worker what happened and they completely ignored me. Even showed them the deduction of the order from a bank account and the order was still stuck in the app. They ignored me and said no order number - F you! They turn back to work. This happened 2-3 times over 3 workers at the cash. After 30 minutes the manager says make what he wants. The gall of these idiots not paying attention. Yet all 3 agreed the amount was deducted and initialed as "BK - burger king", time and date noted. After the meal, I wanted access to the washroom. It was locked from the outside. The worker has to press a button for it to open from behind the counter. I'm yelling 3-4 times no one pays attention. All a fukking joke. Locking the washroom from patrons. Finally, an old Indian lady presses the button. Bottom line, FIRE THIS ENTIRE LOCATION!! Get rid of the manager on down. Get rid of every single staff. I was treated like sh**t this evening as a nobody by this Indian staff and Manager. When I left I shouted, "You are all bunch of effing IDIOTS TREATING A PERSON THIS WAY!!!" Never go to this location. F-ing JOKE!!!!

Burger King shouldn't be serving Iced Coffee if you refuse to fill it up because you're so cheap and also for putting ice cubes up to the top. Went there yesterday at 10:30 a.m., July 6 Agincourt Mall branch (Sheppard/Kennedy) to order Chicken and Bacon sandwich and Smores Iced Coffee. I noticed the Iced Coffee wasn't filled up to the brim. I asked the manager if he could fill it up a bit more but reasoned out that if he filled it up I won't be able to taste the Smores flavoring anymore. Such scape goat! It turns out it was too sweet. And also, there was one Saturday wherein the server filled up the cup with ice up to the brim which was horrible it gave me a sore throat. I dumped some of the ice out upon reaching home, turned out the actual amount of iced Coffee was only almost half of the cup. Don't be cheap and be more customer-focused. Below is a picture of the said Iced Coffee before taking a sip.
