Excellent staff. Great management. Got my food quit quickly and it was fresh and made well. The floor supervisor was exceptionally, polite and friendly likewise, was the other employees. I'll give the atmosphere okay which is no fault of the store employees. There was a young man sitting in the restaurant listening to his boombox loud. Look he had a look on his face like he dared anybody to tell him to turn it down and of course it's not worth a confrontation so the restaurant staff just chose to leave him be.

The worth experience I had with Burger King ever in my life is with this location. The manager (Indian guy with glasses who works for drive thru he mentioned his name is Harsh) is the rudest, unexperienced person I have ever seen in my life. So disappointed with such a big company like Burger King who hires these people and let them ruin customer’s experiences. I was using my crown rewards and the guy forced me to pay for a meal which should have been completely free from the rewards I had in the app. At least put someone take orders which they understand what they’re doing not just a random guy who doesn’t know anything and doesn’t even know how to do his job.

Food was hot and fresh but the most important thing is that the staff Tazkia's service was topnotch. She was smiling and taking our orders in our pace and we dont feel rushed. Amazing training and patience. Looking forward to come back again not onyl for the food but for the staff's great service. Great job guys!!
