The filipino service crew with a chubby face who was the cashier at that time was rude, and was not respectful to customer. We were waiting for him.to go the counter to take our order but he did not pay attention to us and continue doing his thing. We had been a customer of your store for over 10 yrs now and this is the 1st time that we came across this stupid and rude crew. I hope the mgnt can address this isssue because this will have s negative impact on your store for loyal customer like us.

Attention of Branch Owner: Please be informed that every time we come to this store, we are greeted by CHRIS who always meet us with a smile at the counter. My husband and I see how good he works with his partner assigned at the kitchen.
We can’t help but notice how clean this branch is —specially the washrooms. KUDOS to your night time crew who provides perfect customer service in spite of their working late at night. This is the reason why we come to this branch often —and as much as possible.
We hope the BK front store lights could be well lighted to attract MORE customers at night.

Surprised at this site. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and presentable. Prices are too high but head office dictates that. At first I thought service was a little slow but the cashier/server double checked everything to make all was correct. I appreciate that. Restaurant has fixed seating which I hate because I am never comfortable. Place was clean and not noisy.
Update from 6 years ago. Food is still hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and best of all... most fixed seating is gone!

I was there to get a take out dinner. It was around 1am and they close at 2am. One of the employees (female) was not service oriented and I am sure she didn’t understand anything about customer service. I think she was too tired and ready to go home and I felt that she was not happy to attend any customer around that time even though they still had 1 more hour before closing. She was not attentive to the order placed and was giving me cold fries instead of the order for onion rings. I would strongly recommend the manager or the owner to hire people who can happily work till the closing time or else reduce your working hours as per your employees comfort.
