I don’t usually review fast food restaurants but the service here was great. Went through the drive thru and placed an order with a few tweaks. The lady who took my order was kind and polite. And although I had to park to wait for my meal, my order was done right!, sauce and all! (A rarity nowadays it seems) So thank you for that!

OMG the food was amazing the Service was not really fast but was fast I’m a vegetarian so I couldn’t eat more options but the wropper was good and they have veggie pattys most fast food stores don’t have that and the whole experience was a 8.5/10 really good

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger medium combo but in return got a single patty burger. They missed another patty and the bacon. Also they missed the dip. Never gonna order from here again.

I told the “white lady” to make my impossible whopper “off the broiler” and then proceeds to say “well-done” and she continued the order. After ordering when I asked “it’s well done right” she said no I never said that, straight up lying and later proceeds to say dump your drink …………….. being a regular customer this was the so far worst experience I ever had here, although past experience were already neutral to bad. And the smell of racism was all in her eyes. I’ve been working with Burger King as well but in a different branch and this is not the company standard tbh it’s below average. Imagine if I was the “Guest lens visit(ing)” how great the results would have been. I hope appropriate action would be taken but know this as well that nothings gonna happen…….standards at its lowest. At the front counter date December 18, 2024 Wednesday. Time 12:10pm- 12:23pm

I was there the other day and told about the 2 for $11 sandwich. When I got home realized I was charged more. Happening a lot at different places - food not put in the bag or not being charged correct amount. Otherwise service was friendly.

Went through drive thru ask the person at the window if all the food was in the bag because it seemed small she stated it was all there. Once I got home and unpacked the food the kids meal was missing. I called in to complain and the person on the phone sounded robotic and kept interrupting me. There was no solution besides going back or getting a meal on another day. Where has customer service gone?

I visited 4 times now at night and I'm very happy with the quality of the food and the courtesy and competence of the staff especially the manager Vijay keep up the good work ??????

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the manager, Pria. I found her to be unprofessional and rude, which felt out of place compared to my previous visits. It seemed like she didn't want to be there, and it really affected my overall experience.

I had a disappointing experience yesterday. I have been a regular customer, but yesterday one of the staff members, named Priya, provided very poor service. The other staff were polite and friendly as usual, except for her. The food and atmosphere were great, but staff like Priya need to be trained on how to treat customers properly. This wasn't the first time; my friends and I have received poor service from her 3 or 4 times before. Please ensure that all employees maintain good customer service standards. We hope to receive better service on our next visit.

I drive thru this location often and every time it has been pleasant. The lady that’s usually works the drive thru is very nice and friendly. I come mostly in the morning and it’s just the kind of service you want to start off your day. She even offered me a crown which I happily accepted!
