I have ordered veg burger near about 1 am today and i said it twice but still the counter service boy gave me the beef burger
It happened 3 time and what kind of behaviour is this
Your service is too bad and i will never suggest this burger king to anyone bad experience everytime

The staff were helpful. Food was Okay. Some seats were broken. Order stands do not accept card payments (they're kind of broken). Toilets could be cleaned more often.

I ordered a Whopper and they wanted to charge me for water 🤬 . Very disappointed in BK because they said this was policy. Don’t go to Markham/Nugget location. 👎🏿

👑 Excellent Service: A True King of Customer Care!
I visited the drive-thru today, and while I regrettably forgot to get the name of the kind gentleman working the window, I wanted to leave a glowing review for the incredible service he provided. He was wearing a turban, and his professionalism and warmth were truly outstanding.
From the moment I pulled up, his positive attitude was contagious. He was efficient, made sure my order was perfectly correct, and delivered it with a genuine and memorable smile.
What truly stood out is how he genuinely made my entire day better. I had been having a rough afternoon, and his cheerful demeanor and exceptionally kind interaction completely turned things around for me. It’s rare to encounter such a level of dedicated and joyful customer service.
This employee deserves immense recognition for going above and beyond the standard. He's a fantastic representative for Burger King, and I hope he is celebrated for his excellent work ethic and his ability to brighten a customer's day.
Thank you again to the gentleman in the turban at the drive-thru window—you truly made a difference!

The guy with turban and beard didn't want to serve me 2 days ago when I visited the drive thrue for milk shake. He was shouting and gave excuse he couldn't haear me so I was speaking loudly in speaker. Not coming again

On Friday September 18 my family and I went through the drive thru; when asking about the 2 for $5 the employee raised her voice and yelled over the microphone, when calling her out on her tone and requesting to speak to a supervisor she claimed that it was her; when requesting to speak to a manager she also claimed it was her and out of spite she gave my daughter the wrong order; we had ordered a kids nuggets and she gave a plain burger instead and didn’t have the decency to apologize for her behaviour; the employees name is Angelie ( I am not sure if her name is spelt right because she didn’t bother to approach me after the incident.

It is unacceptable for staff to come to work sick, even if they are wearing masks. If you're feeling unwell, stay home—especially in the food industry. I refused to place my order when I noticed that the server was sick. This behavior needs to change for everyone's safety.

Manager Patrick with no name tag(Short Indian Gentlemen with glasses was so RUDE and LOUD. He made me do a survey and told me he was going to honor me a burger as my son and daughter bought small drink and fries and other bought a meal. He started to raise his voice at me and was so RUDE. I asked him for a pen to take his name down, he said that they don't use pens at burger king. This Manager needs to learn how to speak to customers and be professional. I never in my life had a manager spoke to me like this. And he did not even had a name tag. He needs to be spoken and trained how to deal with paying customers.

The lady who was assisting with our order was very rude and seemed did not wanted to help us. Asked us to pay extra for the condiments with the burger. Visited on aug 3rd 1.35pm whoever the manager is please teach them to respect the customers and assist them in a friendly manner. We are not asking help just for fun. At least tell them answer the 2 questions we had respectfully. First time experiencing this type of behavior when we have been loyal customers for months.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience — Twice!
I ordered pancakes from Burger King on a Monday morning between 9 to 10 a.m., and to my surprise, they were served in a burger box. Just imagine trying to eat pancakes like that — no proper packaging, no syrup, nothing. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s honestly frustrating. Morning orders should be handled with more care. Totally disappointed.

Employees need to focus, I order jr chicken sandwich and they gave me beef, I came home, and had to go all the way back to burger King, which it was a hassle to get the chicken sandwich, you guys can't mess up and don't take accountability. With hesitation then they made the exchange, unacceptable.
We just had one of the best experiences at Burger King! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so welcoming and attentive. Our order was taken quickly, everything was accurate, and the food came out hot and fresh — exactly how we like it.
A special shout-out to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. You made our day with your positive attitude and great service. It’s rare to see such dedication and consistency these days.
