I don't do reviews often, but I felt tht the experience during my drive through tonight by Athushan was absolutely phenomenal! Never in my daily drive thru days have i recieved spectator and kind and patient order taker. He was so kind and respectful and offered the required condiments to ensure my experience was better. I dont know this boy, but I can tell he will be a great asset to the company! And my food tasted bomb

Worst Burger King ever. First they gave me the wrong order. Then the cashier was mumbling about how she repeated the order and it was my mistake. It took me 25 mins to get my complete order. What a shame!!!

Why did it take them 15 minutes to fill a mobile order?

Why is my burger always microwaved?
There is no reason for service to be this slow.
Maybe if they didn't focus their attention to drive thru orders.

I’ve had two unpleasant incidents at this location. On one occasion, I found two small pieces of onion inside my Hershey shake, and another time, there was a piece of onion on the outside of my drink glass. The cleanliness at this place has really declined. While the staff are very friendly and polite, there’s definitely room for improvement in maintaining hygiene and overall cleanliness

Scammers!!! We ordered 2 chicken junior combo, and 2 junior whopper combo. We were supposed to get 4 fries in total but they gave us 2. We called and told them about getting 2 instead of 4 and they said that they would check the cameras, it hasn’t even been 1 minute and he said that he saw the crew member put 4. This had never happened to us before, so it was very shocking to hear the MANAGER ( Karan) lie to customers. FYI make sure to check your order before leaving the store.

On February 14th/2025, around 8 PM, I visited a Burger King drive-thru and placed an order. Since I had just installed the Burger King app, I asked an employee how to use royal crowns, but she ignored me and did not take my request seriously. I was disappointed with the customer service , as I believe this behavior could negatively impact the restaurant's reputation. Unfortunately, due to this experience, Burger King has lost three regular customers, including myself and my two friends.

Ordered online and picked it up 20 min later. Food wasn't ready still. Had to wait another 10 minutes. The chicken sandwich tasted of stale oil and nothing else. It was supposed to be spicy sandwich but there was no spice. The whopper is the only reason this place is getting 3 stars
