A true gem in Scarborough! I come here with my parents and family every time I visit home and it never disappoints. Food is consistently tasty and well-made. Drinks are so good, reminds me of the quality we got in Japan. Service is always quick and friendly ☺️

This place was a complete letdown. In my opinion, calling it a café is almost misleading. The hot coffee tasted bitter, watery, and cheap like instant coffee than anything freshly brewed. The cold drinks were basically just cups of froth with no real substance. On top of that, the portion sizes were tiny while the prices were outrageously high. Let alone the wait time. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Café Wanoka. There are far better places that actually serve real coffee and don’t overcharge for it.

The pastry tasted generic and seemed to have been warmed up in the microwave, so it didnt stay warm long (it was already cold when I got back to my car.)

Delicious Omurice is sold here. The cafe is small, clean and pleasant for small groups of 1-4 without too much of a crowd or noise I frequently stop here to meet with a friend, and noticed that other times there are ppl who will sit here to read, work on their laptop, etc. The prices are reasonable too, and I like their hot Matcha latte. The staff are kind here, plus there's a rewards cards for free stuff if you get enough stamps on this. I'd definitely recommend stopping be here, as I'd come here again too, in the future!

A beautiful cafe tucked away in a plaza in Agincourt area.
Their service is very friendly, love the cozy ambiance and the menu options for both food and hot and cold drinks.
They also have a full dessert menu with crepes and other sweet options.
We tried their regular latte, iced hojicha latte - tried this for the first time and I kinda liked the taste, and the vanilla bean cream puff was so delicious and creamy!
Loved the overall vibe and I'd recommend giving this place a try over all the over hyped cafes downtown.

They also have a rewards card that you could use to get a free coffee after like 6-7 coffees iirc.
First time here. The cafe is cozy. Didn’t have time for a sit down which I would’ve liked because everybody was eating delicious looking food but I got a warm cookie and a Hojicha latte. The roasted green tea latte is amazing. Fast and kind service also.

The café is easily accessible, just a few steps away from the Sheppard/Brimley southeast corner, making it a convenient spot for a quick bite or takeaway. My takeaway? I’ll keep coming back for that amazing matcha!

Great place ! It’s very far away from where I live but it’s worth the commute. On week days it’s quiet and a good place to do work. The drinks are very tasty and the food is delicious. Will definitely come back to try more dishes on the menu. All the food I got didn’t disappoint !

I got a whole tofu cheesecake for my birthday. Absolutely perfect. I’ve been here and gotten their tofu cheesecake slices a couple times in the past, and I’ve always really loved it. It’s so smooth, creamy and not too sweet - which is exactly what I like.
