Had a great experience, went for dinner and had BBQ brisket 9/10 ( exceptionally tasty) with mac’n cheese 7/10

Also had chainsmoker burger 8/10

Loved the jerk chicken, ribs, and brisket. The bbq flavor is not too sweet like a lot of western bbq is, and the spice level was good. I would ask for the sauce on the side when ordering rice though, ours came drenched in way too much sauce.

The brisket and ribs were melt in your mouth! Was skeptical of the jerk chicken but was surprised at how tasty it was. The service was excellent. This place is a must if you like smoked meat.

3rd location I have tried and the food is exceptions … the medium platter has all you need. Best smokehouse we have ever been to.

Melt in your mouth ribs. If you don’t know what to get then just take the ribs+rice - a no brainer and it will be the best meal you have had.

The ribs is a total 100/10.
The brisket was a lil dry for my taste not my favourite.
Chicken this was good too but wouldn’t be my go to dish.
Rice - so much flavour. So delicious.

The staff is so friendly too. Will visit again no doubt.

Ordered the platter for 5 from Chainsmoker Urban Halal Barbecue and it was fantastic! The portions were generous, and every item was full of flavor. The brisket was tender, ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, and the jerk chicken had the perfect smoky heat. Even the sides, especially the cheesy fries and coleslaw, were excellent. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and well-packaged. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic halal BBQ in Toronto!

We recently visited this place and were so impressed with the large platter! The portions were extremely generous — perfect for sharing with family or a group of friends. The platter came beautifully presented with a wide variety of items, each one fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You could really tell that care and attention went into every detail, from the seasoning to the balance of textures and colors.

What stood out most was the quality and quantity — it’s rare to find such a hearty and satisfying meal that also looks so inviting. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions.

Highly recommend trying the large platter if you want to experience a true feast — it’s great value for money and absolutely delicious!

I had jerk chicken with rice which was very tasty and I can feel the taste in my mouth so much delicious and staff named sagar was so kind to me.

I feel sick after eating at this place. The brisket is gross, soggy, mushy, tasteless, slimy and full of water. The portion was tiny and the sides were not any better.

Beware this place has fake reviews, after I wrote this review, they had a bunch of generic 5 star reviews written at 2am while they are closed.

Wings - overcooked and oily.
Burgers - dry and no seasoning.
Jerk chicken - tiny cold piece of chicken.
Brisket - gross and over Priced.
Fries - good generic fries from Costco.
Mac & Cheese - bland and burnt
Caesar Salad - it was actually good
