Had a private room for our big group which was wonderful. To start off our wonderful server CATHY brought us all cuts of meats but seafood in case there was a seafood allergy… VERY thoughtful! The food was great from start to end but truly CATHY made this the best experience. She was incredibly attentive brought everything we needed every time ! My glass was NEVER empty my whole meal. Truly AMAZING AMAZING service!

BEWARE - they automatically put a 12% service charge on our bill. The server didn’t give us the receipt so we were unaware.

Honestly, I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I absolutely love this restaurant! As a regular customer, I really enjoy the all-you-can-eat option. My boyfriend and I always leave feeling incredibly full and satisfied. The sushi is definitely a favorite, and I love that we can cook everything ourselves—it adds to the experience. Of course, there are some risks that come with that, but it’s something you have to be willing to take if you want to enjoy this unique dining style. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Great food and service. Pre seasoned bigger pieces of beef. Very nice restaurant. Service is on point. They bring you out everything and ask what u want, no need to wait. The quality of meat is much better than most Korean BBq spots. The bbq places on midland were more attractive because they had late night specials. Now, for a $10 difference, i would rather go to chako. Also, you can get pineapple as a side, which my wife loves. They also have sushi and sashimi. Love this place.

Great staff. Super friendly from the minute you walk in and attentive while dining. Food and drinks comes out fast. Meat is all fresh and very tasty! Great time! Enjoy the cooking and it makes time to talk and enjoy your company instead of rushing. Really enjoyed that!

CONS- Sushi was ok. It’s not their strength but could use alittle more work.

Service fee ??? This one I was surprised. Not sure if all restaurants started doing this but I wanted to tip the waitress more but they add a service fee automatically to your bill my tip for my waitress had to be lower than I wanted. She mentioned the service fee splits between all staff but not sure if I’d prefer that. I’d rather give a good tip to the person who serviced me. I almost feel it takes away tips for the waitress/waiter but it is their rule.

Other than that I will definitely come back. Loved it

Never been told about the auto grat. Been here a few times and just learning today that I am tipping twice, this is so wrong. I am a server myself and I am would never trick my guests into tipping twice, I would mention if there is an automatic tip. I also had to get my own chopsticks and napkins from another table because my server didn’t get them for me. So why am i being tricked into tipping twice. lol… won’t be coming back back.

disappointing experience. meat was low quality, they dont use wire grills so your meat will stick to and fall apart on the grill. service was alright. poor ventilation and staff constantly on their phones doomscrolling so its not a great atmosphere/service experience
