I often go to this location because they taste better than other places. But today I went there and ordered the same milk tea and asked for no sugar. But the one I got was 10 times sweeter than the one with sugar. I couldn't finish it after two sips. I was so disappointed.

Nice and convenient place in a plaza with lots of choices for food. The milk tea drinks are good and not diluted with too much milk or where I couldn't taste the tea from the drink. Staff are friendly and flexible. The place is clean. Easy to find parking.

We came by after dim sum. Our drinks were from the regular menu and the promotional menu. Staff member was polite and courteous, drinks were made in a timely fashion. We will return again.

the WORST chatime ive ever been to. why the hell am i waiting 15 minutes when there’s 4 people back there and no customers infront of me???? why are they hiring the most incompetent people???? i’m so sad as i’ve been a long time chatime customer
