We came by after dim sum. Our drinks were from the regular menu and the promotional menu. Staff member was polite and courteous, drinks were made in a timely fashion. We will return again.

the WORST chatime ive ever been to. why the hell am i waiting 15 minutes when there’s 4 people back there and no customers infront of me???? why are they hiring the most incompetent people???? i’m so sad as i’ve been a long time chatime customer

The best location in all of Toronto, in my experience. The drinks they make here are truly unlike other Chatime locations in terms of following directions, flavours and quantity. 10/10 would recommend coming here, plus there are loads of other food and activities in the same plaza.

My favourite Chatime location! Hot or cold, the matcha from here is the best (premium matcha from Japan), and my drink is made perfectly every time. Service here is very good too.

Been here a few times and they've been consistent. It looks like they use some type of floral black tea that is quite flavourful and aromatic . Brown sugar with fresh milk bubble tea is one of the best and can customise sugar and ice 👍🏼👍🏼 it's so good!

I ordered a bubble tea drink and they came out at a reasonable time. However the grass jelly drink I ordered wasn't diced properly, leaving a huge chunk more than normal in the drink.

Losing one star because they don’t have the right lids for hot drinks! How come there’re isn’t a place to insert a bubble tea straw??
