Absolutely terrible experience at Chatime. The tea was completely tasteless—like drinking flavored water with no flavor! The service was just as bad, with unprofessional staff who clearly didn’t care. The guy at the counter was shockingly rude, making the whole experience even worse. To top it all off, the prices were ridiculously high for what they offered. Definitely not worth your hard-earned money. Avoid this location at all costs and try somewhere else!

Always my go to place for my fav Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Other competitor’s Brown Sugar Teas doesn’t come up to mark compared to the one offered at Chatime. The best there is !! Always Chatime ! Good points system too. Store owner at this place was also friendly and courteous.

We ordered from them and the didn't even put in the straws. THE STRAWS. We had ro open the container and use a spoon and sip the side. DEFEATS the purpose of bubble tea.

Not good. Go anywhere else Ordered triple Boba. Was bad. When I told them they said I could buy something else. So paid double and they threw in the garbage.

As a first time customer, I'm very dissatisfied with the Jasmine tea. It was low on sugar although I asked for 80% sugar and it tasted watery which I asked for less ice. I also purchase a slice of cheesecake. And I saw something on it when I took it back to the counter to have a exchanged, the girl took the one from the display which looked like it was sitting there all day. It tasted stale and literally fell apart when I stuck the fork in it. #chatime please do better.

I usually go here to get bubble tea and I thought it was a normal bubble tea shop with nothing special. But I want to thank Liam for providing awesome customer service when I accidentally split my cup into 2 by poking a paper straw in the wrong way!
