Small Chatime in a small mall. There isn't a lot of drink options there now. So it was nice to grab a drink. It's Chatime so if you been to one before you will know what to expect. I was about to get a seat at the bench but if busy seating would be a problem. Parking is free and usually not a problem.

Such a great bubble tea experience! The shop has a welcoming vibe, the drinks are customizable, and the pearls had the perfect chewiness. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors.

The older Indian man would rather lose a customer than just add in brown sugar syrup to my matcha latte…he said there’s no way he can put it in, and it’s head office’s rule.
I ended up just walking out. The other locations accommodate for me always and I always come back to them as a happy and satisfied customer.

I’m extremely upset with what happened. I ordered and my order went to the wrong location(this one) for some unknown reason, so I called the store to inform them the location was wrong and explain the situation but they refused to cancel the order and refund me. I even spoke to the supervisor on duty but he was so rude and refused to resolve the issue.

Their system went down right after payment and then they claimed we didn’t pay. Showed them our banking app to prove that the transaction went through but they held our drinks “hostage”; still making them but not giving them to us. The drinks sat on the counter for a while after being made since there was no proof of payment on their end, although we showed several proofs on our end. Employee working called the manager who had to verify the purchase went through and told us we needed to wait. We waited 15 minutes post order only for them to still say they had no transaction record yet and they were still waiting and it could take several more minutes. After several attempts of trying to prove that payment went through (showing the employee the RBC app, the Apple wallet transaction, etc.) they finally gave us our drinks after 20ish minutes but the manager on the phone insisted that he collect our information to contact us regarding the validity of our claim that the bill had been paid. I’m no expert, but I imagine it would take more than just my phone to create some fake transactions and fake apps right there on the spot that would show the exact same amount. Showing the exact time of purchase. By that time, the ice in our drinks had melted and the bubble tea was watered down. Horrible experience. If you respect yourself and your own time, skip this location and go to another one. However, if you’d like your bubble tea to be half water served with a big portion of anger and disappointment, then this is the place for you!

i went here the first week of the heatwave when it was feeling like 40° to get a drink to help me cool down, the store was just as hot as it was outside like they didn’t have air conditioning. i still went ahead and ordered and wanted to tip the staff because they had to work in this extreme heat, when i asked if the employees get the tips they told me they didn’t :/ will avoid going here in the future
Service is too slow. Don’t even take orders right way, was waiting for 20 minutes to order only.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday for our second visit to this location, and to our surprise, we were greeted by the same girl staff member who took our order last time! We were looking to try something different, and she recommended the Brown Sugar Milk Tea for both of us. It was so good!!!!
She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer our questions. Our drinks were made quickly and efficiently, and her positive energy really stood out. Great service and consistently delicious drinks!! we’ll definitely be coming back more often! We should've taken photos honestly but we finished it so fast LOL.

We ordered the Mango Smoothie and Peach Slush, and both drinks were delicious! The Coconut Jelly and Mango Popping Boba addons were also a nice touch, really enjoyed them with kids. The order was well-packed and neatly handed over. The only small suggestion would be to make the service a bit faster, which would make the experience even better. Overall, a great place for refreshing drinks!

I recently ordered a mango slush, but unfortunately, it had no mango flavor at all—it tasted like plain ice. It seems there may have been a mistake during preparation. I would really appreciate it if this could be looked into.

The uncle making the drinks was super slow and he was struggling to use the blender. I wish he let the girl taking the orders make the drinks, they are always fast. Also, I feel like he skimps on the ingredients, like the grass jelly and bobas, and my drink was watery. Trying to save on ingredients won't win back customers.
