I ordered brown sugar pearl milk tea with oat milk subtitute. I wanted no ice, however the owner made up an excuse to not allow me to have no ice. I quote "the brown sugar does not dissolve without the ice. It needs ice to dissolve into the tea". It also says no amex on the point of sale terminal, and im reporting them to their pos provider. You cannot put such signs on it according to the pos terms and conditions.

If you are looking a good place to order some drinks or perhaps try out some new drinks of bubble tea, i’d definitely recommend this place.Great service, great food, great atmosphere, and definitely worth your money.This has been the place I come to for bubble tea and it does not disappoint. The drinks are made quick, and you don’t have to wait long.The cups are much larger than STC Chatime which is why it’s worth your money.
This drink is one of best I ever had !! Highly recommend.

Ordered 4 drink's, got 3 and literally had to wait another 10 mins for the last drink, turned out they ran out of milk tea and I’m not sure what they put on the last drink, it was literally tasting like water with a little bit of milk. This is the second time it’s been like this. Seems like this location they are trying to cheap out on the tea by diluting it.

I always resort to giving this location another chance, but each time I order here, they always seem to disappoint. With delivery orders, I guess they don't read the notes because they never deliver the request. On top of that, the drinks we get are always watered down and just doesn't taste like it should! ? The quality of their drinks are definitely not consistent here and I would go to a different location.
