Parking: Parking in the evening is easy. This is a small tight community. Everyone knows each other. Most people don't go for the food although I know the owner is a great cook.
This is a simple cheap dive to grab a late night drink. People are friendly and they're open late.
It is great for what it is. Don't expect high end dining. Just a place to have a cheap drink and chat with locals.

She is such a wonderful human being. She is not judgemental and makes the environment like you are coming to see mom. My friends and I will be back. Cheers is an unexpected hole in the wall bar/restaurant I visited today. We went there just to eat fish and chips. But we left with a heartwarming meal and drinks made all the more special by the host and owner, Carmen. She welcomed us like we are long time customers. The comfortable and friendly ambiance made me miss my friends back home. If my time would allow, I would go back and savor the food and friendly company. Cheers to Carmen!
