Wasted my time travelling here. No update on Google about their renovations and no ETA. Won’t even bother coming back to try. There are several other fried chicken stores in the same plaza. Save your time and go to the others.

Everytime I go, Google said they are open, they are not.
Food is good, but sad that everytime is visit is close.

Kinda odd to eat colourful chicken strip but they are naturally flavoured. Really tender inside and kinda cruchy outside. The flavour are not really noticable aside from the sweet potato. The rest are kinda hard to recognize. But overall a good protein snacks :)

I have been trying to call the store but no one ever picked up. I always love Chickaron’s boneless chicken cutlet less spice but unfortunately I was given a very spicy one today. The amount of spice that was put on the cutlet is wayyy too much that my lips and tongue was burning. I had to throw it out. A waste of money.

As a restaurant consistency is key and you don't get that here.
I really do enjoy the fried chicken cutlets but all other aspect is a downer for this place. I've eaten here at least 10+ times in the last 6 months and this is what I've gathered.

1) Opening hours vary depend on who is working, sometimes 1+hr after listed opening hours and they're still not there. Ordering on the app is a roulette of maybe you'll get food, maybe you won't since they're not there.

2) Packaging is variable, sometimes in paper sleeves, sometimes in cardboard sleeves, sometimes in a box. Why would you put two culets into one box so we had to get our hands oily by grabbing the culets to eat instead of having them in sleeves? Sometimes they'll also put a cold bottle of water into the bag of hot food. Why would you do this?

3) Seasoning is hit or miss depending on who is working or how they're feeling that day. Less spice can be super spicy, medium spice can be less spice, super spicy is the only one that is consistent. They'll also forget to season the waffle fries and you'll have to check and ask for seasoning before you leave.

4) Chicken culets are the best, everything else is so so. Popcorn chicken was super disappointing. Waffle fries are under seasoned most of the time, rainbow chicken fingers are dry.

I’ve been here multiple times now and the quality has always been consistent.
Chicken cutlets are cooked fresh to order.
The dark chicken cutlet and chicken karaage are so yummy and spicy!

the original cutlets did not marinated, taste flat. Other than that, good

Popcorn chicken is juicy and tender, usually don't like fried chicken cuz they can be dried but this one is delicious

Came here several times the store was closed. The Store Hour says they open at 12pm, i came here twice around 12:45pm the store was still closed. Fake store hour. If you can't get up at noon, don't do this business, it's a waste of time .

One of my go to spots for chicken cutlets, and I’ve had a fair share of different places. They’re pretty consistent with their quality and will continue to order from them

They literally have the crispiest and juiciest chicken ive ever had

The food is delicious and affordable. The staff is cordial and gets your food as fast as possible. 100% recommended.

The chicken chop is big and tasty.

I hope the rainbow chicken tenders won’t be out of stock again. I tried twice and couldn’t get it.
