Very disappointing experience at Chicken Kitchen – Dec 22, 8:30 PM I visited Chicken Kitchen on December 22 around 8:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 3 chicken tenders. I clearly heard the cashier inform the kitchen staff of a 3-tender order. While the food was being packed, I noticed only 2 tenders were placed in the box. When I received the order, I mentioned it should be 3 pieces and was told it was correct. After checking in my car, I confirmed there were only 2 tenders inside. I returned to the counter and calmly explained the issue. Instead of resolving it professionally, the kitchen staff started shouting and told me to wait 30 minutes, which was unacceptable for a simple missing item. The situation was handled very poorly, with rude behavior and no customer service. I requested a refund and left the restaurant. Based on this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and staff behavior and will not be recommending this location. Because the Cashier did it purposely after talking to the kitchen staff.
Chicken Kitchen has one of the best chicken sandwiches in the area. Food was very flavorful and fresh, the onion rings were warm and crispy, the biscuit didn't taste like processed bread. It was very buttery and flakey. The customer service was very good and very accommodating. The location is very colorful as well. This is a would recommend if anyone is looking to crush their chicken sandwich cravings!!
