Two poor employees running the show with no owner no manager on site . Kitchen in bad shape , seems like nobody cares . Quality of the food is 5/10 , , I feel sorry for the employees who were still smiling but couldn’t handle the orders. We ordered poutine to pick up and when we went to pick up after one hour they said we are out of poutine, same thing happened to the shrimp order last time .

Very good customer service but the poor guy was working alone. We tried their mexi chicken sandwich, grilled chicken, fried chicken combo with tandoori fries, chicken nuggets. Loved all the items that we ordered, their flavour and spices used are unique as to what you normally find here in other fast food chains. The flavour will literally take you back to the middle East, South Asian, it's good ?The actual franchise name is Chic King, even the ads they run inside the store are for Chick King, not sure why they named this one as Chic Queen. 1 thing that I do wana zonk is the restaurant has a strong smell of frying chicken and other stuff, I think the owners need to find another way (exhaust) for getting the smell out of the restaurant.Parking: It's a private entrance and the restaurant has standalone parking, a Total of 10 parking spots.
Second visit. Second review.Chicken was cooked fresh to order and taste was good.Was told to wait 5-10 minutes but in reality it was more like 35-40 minutes during a non busy time. Only saw one cashier and one cooker working.Paid for biscuits as part of a combo but never received it. Girl said they don't have any, and didn't offer any compensation for it. So they literally stole my money.Still had to ask for ketchup and napkins. Seriously!!

I've gotten addicted to this restaurant. I love the fact that the food is fresh. I've been to the one in Toronto first, then the one in mississauga. Now the one in Scarborough. And I can say that while it is more convenient for me to go to the one in Scarborough. I may not go to that one again. There are too many sketchy happenings. All I will say is if you're doing a take-out, check your food before leaving. But Chick Queen is my new favorite. I have my friends and family loving it also. Cause not only did I tell them about it .I purchased it for them to try.

This was my first visit and it was around 2pm on a Tuesday. It was raining all day and I was only one there. I've been curious about this fried chicken that originated from Dubai and immediately liked that they had a sign outside for daily $5 deals. Perfect for tasting something new! Server at the counter was friendly and I ordered the two piece fried chicken deal. It was awesome that it was made to order so it would be super fresh! But I had to wait about 15 min. Nice ambiance in the restaurant and many tables. More people started to come in while I waited. When my chicken arrived I was so surprised at how huge the thigh was! I was so happy because KFC, Mary Brown's and other franchises now cut their thighs in half and you only get half a thigh! This should be against the law! It was super hot so when it cooled down I was able to enjoy how crispy and juicy the chicken was. It didn't taste as flavourful as I hoped but next time I'll order it spicy. It was still really good and I'll definitely come back. I want to try their chicken sandwich and tandoori fries.
