No frills looking Chinese bakery with many items being as cheap as it can be.
Best item in their store is the chicken pies. Everything else is just average. You will definitely find better elsewhere, but not for the prices you see here.
Egg tarts came in a pack for the ones I saw. And it was 6 for $6 which comes out to $1 each. Cannot beat that price.
The sponge cakes are huge, but tasted off. Also tried some steamed buns....

It's affordable, the produce is all fresh, and I actually don't want too many people to know how good this place is because I'm afraid that everything in there will be bought up in one go,LOL

If you can try the taro cake, it's deepfried, not sweet and so tasty.
Bought a couple of basic buns and also tried new ones
Matcha sponge cake is delightful. I love the steam rice cakes, too
