Firstly, let me say that I truly love their Chicken Rice Bowls but this visit was simply horrible. The servers at the counter were rushing like mad but the thing is....there wasn't a line up. I really don't get why they were rushing so much. The server was rushing so much that she didn't even hear my order properly and they even forgot my sour cream. If there was a line up, I can understand the urgency but there was only one other person beside me so what was the rush???? Messing up my order is not appreciated.

To top it off, the chicken in my meal was undercooked and still had red in the meat. When I ate my meal, I felt there was something off with the chicken so I took a closer look and that's when I noticed the red in the meat. I ended up with a stomach ache which was not a fun ordeal.

Notified Chipotle of my experience and a representative tried to call me and emailed me to say she left a voicemail but I did not receive such a voicemail and emailed her back to reconfirm my mobile number but haven't heard back.

This is probably an one off but seriously, servers should not rush a customer and they should really listen carefully to the orders. In addition, undercooked chicken causes stomach aches!

This Chipotle branch is racist!..I got small portion sizes in the chicken bowl because I am an Indian. Another guy in the queue just after me, who was a Canadian got large portion sizes in his bowl..We both paid the same amount for the bowl..Disappointed!!!

For my birthday lunch, my wife and kids treated me to a meal at the Chipotle located inside Scarborough Town Centre’s bottom-level food court. Walking into the bustling mall, we were eager to enjoy some delicious food in a lively setting.

Chipotle’s location in the food court offers a casual yet inviting atmosphere, perfect for a family outing. The service line moved efficiently, but I would recommend going during off-peak hours to avoid the rush and enjoy a more relaxed experience.

We decided to mix things up with a variety of options: bowls and quesadillas for the adults and the 3 older kids, and a kid’s meal for our youngest. The bowls were loaded with fresh ingredients, customizable to our preferences. The blend of rice, beans, meat, and toppings created a hearty and satisfying meal. The quesadillas were perfectly grilled, oozing with cheese and packed with flavorful fillings.

Our youngest was thrilled with the kid’s meal, which included a small quesadilla, rice, and beans, along with a drink. It was the perfect portion size and kept him happy and full. The attention to detail in packaging and presentation did not go unnoticed; the food was neatly packed and looked appetizing.

The quality of the food was fantastic—everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The ingredients were well-prepared, and it was clear that the food wasn’t rushed despite the busy environment. This Chipotle trip felt like a real treat rather than an everyday meal.

Overall, our experience at Chipotle in Scarborough Town Centre was memorable and enjoyable. The combination of great service, delicious food, and a family-friendly setting made it a standout birthday lunch. While it’s not something we’d do every day, it’s definitely a place we’d return to for a special outing.

Ordered on the app for a double chicken bowl with all toppings and guac this evening. Went home and found that they might have messed up or gave me the wrong order. Corn was missing and protein was not ‘doubled’ (I order the exact same thing almost every time).
Went back to the location after an hour (I finished the food at home), just wanted to address the situation to the staff over there. I was not planning to complain or give them a hard time, as I worked in customer facing roles as well and I know how hard and exhausting it is to deal with high volume of customers on a daily basis. All I wanted was just to be refunded for the ‘extra chicken’ or get some corn and chicken as that’s what I paid for.
A young lady came out who I believe is the manager, apologised and offered me a fresh new bowl without even asking any questions or for any proof.
Not expecting this at all. Excellent customer service. You have earned a happy, returning customer and a 5 star review.

Would appreciate even more if portions are more generous :)

So I paid extra for the al pastor chicken and ended up with all al pastor sauce and no chicken in my bowl. I wish this location would have people who actually provide fair portions for customers instead of rushing through orders when busy 15 bucks for a barely any chicken in my bowl is ridiculous!

This is my first and last time eating at this location. The staff were friendly and all, but the food… the food is a no. Here is what I ordered:Chicken bowl:Brown RiceRefried BeansBlack beansChickenMild and medium sauceCornSour creamCheeseGuacamoleLettuce.After eating some, my stomach started to get full. Which is fine because I planned on taking it with me for lunch the next day. Hours at home, my stomach began to hurt. The pain ended up getting worse and I had full blown food poisoning. Never again. Worst experience ever. Either the chicken was not cooked properly or the lettuce was not cleaned or the food was just bad in general.

Worst chipotle experience. I’ve given this location more than one chance to redeem itself, everytime I am let down. From food quality to complete incompetence. My order never tastes how it’s intended to. I know this cause I’ve eaten at multiple chipotle locations and they all taste the same except the STC one. Shout out to the Don Mills location for quality tasting food every time I’ve gone for the last 4 years. If you want chipotle drive the extra 15 mins, you won’t be upset.
