Chou's Garden Restaurant has the best fried wings in town, along with delicious fried rice. Despite the slightly outdated interior, the food is top-notch. Combo plates like chicken wings, chicken balls, fried rice, chop suey, and shrimp balls are highly recommended. The owner, Chou, is dedicated and the atmosphere is authentic. Although the red sauce can be watery and the chicken balls sometimes undercooked, it's still a solid choice with a wide variety of options.
