It was 9.30 in the Morning, The front door was open but there was no Cooked Food or Short Eats Available. They had string hoppers accompanied by Sambol But no Sothi ready. No Substitution, No apology no Discounts.By the way, the String Hoppers was from Outside Suppliers.

She was ordered specific items , but when her order arrived , several items were missing. When she reached out to the staff to address the issue , she was met with a response that was not only unhelpful but also incredibly disrespectful. As paying customer , She expected to receive exactly what she ordered, and it was frustrating to deal with team that seemed uninterested in resolving the issues . Their manner was ungeraful and dismissive , which only added to my disappointment. Give the poor service and lack of accountability, we can't recommended Chris Bread Bakery based on my experience. It's essential for businesses to value their customers and handle complaints with proffesionalism and courtesy.
