Great tasting, reasonably priced subs. The sliced meats are tasty and they don't skimp on ingredients. Ratio of meat and veggies to bread is perfect for me and there's a good assortment of sauces to choose from. Service is quick and staff is always a pleasure to deal with.
They can get quite busy during lunch time so give a bit of extra time. Lots of parking spaces.

Fresh, Flavorful & So Satisfying! I had the Veggie Sub today and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was soft and fresh, packed with a generous variety of crisp, flavorful veggies. The combination of sauces was just right—not too heavy, but full of taste. It’s not always easy to find a veggie sub that feels filling and exciting, but this one nailed it. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hearty and wholesome option. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Everything was a 5/5! Incredibly kind and quick customer service, they really care about making your sub the best they possibly can. Way more affordable than any other sub shop in the area and definitely worth it for the high quality and fresh ingredients. We tried the cheesy cheese and the grilled chicken and both were so good! Would definitely recommend coming!

Came for lunch after working for SkipTheDishes/Doordash. The first visit was beyond expectations. Have an interesting and wide array of pictures for you to enjoy while eating and enjoying popular music or watching live news. Highly recommended visiting the location!

Nice little place — very clean with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. It’s definitely a busy location, but they have enough staff on hand, so the wait time wasn’t bad at all.
The only downside for me was the bread; it wasn’t as fresh as I expected, which took away a bit from the overall experience. I had heard good things and was excited to try it, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not as amazing as I had hoped. Price was good also
I’d still say it’s worth checking out, especially if you’re curious about the franchise. With a few small improvements, it could be a great spot.

Kind staff and delicious sandwiches. Restaurant is really big inside with lots of seating available. They have really cool sports memorabilia on the wall too. The staff were very welcoming with warm smiles and kind attitude. The young who helped me was quick and efficient and helped me navigate through the process with patience. Another lady offered me a cucumber with a sauce I wasn’t even considering but it tasted so good I had to get it on my sandwich. It’s the little things like that which make a difference. The sandwich was neatly prepped, bread tasted fresh and served perfectly toasted. I got the turkey and bacon footlong and it was delicious. I would definitely get it again! All the veggies are freshly prepped and you can taste it. I will definitely be back here. They also have a great deal for the sub of the day, 9$ for a footlong! Thanks for a great lunch!

I’ve been wanting to visit this spot for months and finally got the chance to go today. 11/10 experience, great quality ingredients, warm atmosphere, spectacular customer service, and amazing value.
I also let the staff choose the toppings to put on my subs and they are not playing about their sandwiches, so much love and attention was being poured into making them. I will only buy my subs from here from now on, I urge you to make the change as well. You can tell there is a lot of integrity behind this operation, kudos to the staff and owners!
I got the steak and cheese for myself, and a greek chicken and tuna for my family. They were blown away as well. Don’t sleep on their soups either, clam chowder was a home run.
