I took advantage of a buy one get one free deal on the chicken combo with fries and coke, but the chicken was inedible due to excessive oil. The fries were good but also oily. The spicy sauce I requested was missing, and there wasn't a straw for the coke. I'm very disappointed with the quality and accuracy of the order and won't be ordering again. I suggest they double-check orders before handing them off to customers or delivery services.

Asked for 8 piece chicken family meal, 2 Texas supreme wrap, and 2 biscuits they got the order right except for the Texas supreme wrap. The lady did not give me a receipt prior to receiving the order so I had to go by memory but I am 100% sure I said wrap and not burger. When I asked about the misunderstanding the lady was really defensive and insistent I said burger and not wrap and had no receipt to go off by since she didn’t give me one. I think taking down the little glass window in front of the cash register would be better since communication with customer to employee would greatly improve.

I am been eating the church chicken for almost 5 years, very few restaurants take deliver the food to the customer seriously acc to customer needs and wants
I encounter - IRTESHAM he took our order and served as very well as per our requests
Really thanks for the service and much appreciation foe the guy who took my order and his staff team who was working with him and made the Burgers

Not surprised with the overall rating of the store. Ordered and paid for 2 poutines and got one. The female on the phone looked at the order details and first didn’t want to honour what was said but wait she looks closer and says my mistake and then tries to back pedal from her mistake. Will not order from here again. The drinks were warm and food was cold. Can’t comment on atmosphere was a uber order of $100.
