October 30, 2023: I went there for dine-in. I had the chicken burger and chicken wings. The guy at the counter was doing an okay job with customer service. The burger lacked any distinct flavor. The wings were also mediocre. The thing that grossed me out was how they handled food without gloves. I would have given it 3 stars, but I'm giving it 1 star just because of poor hygiene.

I've been coming here for a long time the quality of food is always the same and fresh. I highly recommend the Philly cheese steak or Philly steak fries. The tenders are amazing and the cheese burger is my new favorite.-There is no longer a bathroom available.-Stores hours have also extended there open till 2am I believe.NOTE: they don’t except Visa/MasterCardDietary restrictions: All meat is Halal.Parking: Limited amount of parking spots. Lots of parking nearby.

The customer service was very poor. He was a young man ( international student) I had to ask him to change his gloves twice after touching the cash register. He was rude to me and I asked him to change his attitude towards the customer. He told me that . It is only about food !!! . I used to be a customer for a long time. But now you lost a customer.

I have been there customer since 2014 and there’re good but they only accept debit card and cash which doesn’t make sense and not good customer service..
Great tasting fried chicken.Light breading, crispy, well seasoned and not too oily.Our family gets this Fried Chicken over the larger chains like KFC and Popeyes because the chicken just tastes better and is fresher.

Absolutely terrible service and mediocre food. They tried to get my friends to pay double for the food. We showed the bank balance and all he had to say was “oh sorry”. They also gave us someone else’s order. After a few bites they requested for it back to give to its customer. The bun was burnt to a crisp on the chicken sandwich. Dreadful experience
