I LOVE THIS PLACE. Coco is the best BBT because they let you add sago and tapioca in your drink -no one else has sago- but the fact that this location is walking distance is dangerous for my wallet. But remember to show your Presto card so you can save 10% on regular drinks. Their Oolong, Jasmine, Matcha and House milk teas are my favorites. The space is also very nice inside, a good place to hang out.

this coco goes WAY too hard!! so hard that i basically drank half of my drink cus it was THAT litty and i enjoyed the taste so much that i forgot to get a pic first 😂 and when i realized it was too late... huge recommend overall here 🙂

I was particularly angry. There was a fat clerk with a very bad attitude. He had such a bad face last time, and he still has the same face this time. Didn't he tell you how to receive customers during the training? Even if you are normal and have no expression, frowning, I asked you how sweet the strawberry milk cap is, and you seemed speechless. It is the first time a customer has tasted this and he doesn’t know. Should he ask the clerk? If you don’t know and don’t want to answer, don’t do it. No one owes you.

The drink tasted fine but the lady who took my order was rude to us and kept rushing us to order.

The attitude of wearing glasses and being skinny is not good!

We order 6 drinks and the person that took order also made our order, she very fast waited only a few minutes and we got our drinks.

The environment of this Coco is clean and tidy, with cute little decorations on the walls and beautiful green plants. It makes people feel comfortable and warm as soon as they enter the door. The clerk is very friendly, smiling, and the service is attentive. I like to sit in the store very much, it is very suitable for reviewing, relaxing and chatting with friends.

This coco is really great, the service attitude is super good, the staff are very friendly and patient, they make me feel very comfortable, and they also recommended different drinks to me. It was ready not long after ordering, and the meal was delivered very quickly! Will come often in the future!

I was given two coupons and ordered two drinks, but the cashier didn't remind me that I could only use one. When I got home and looked at the order, I realized that I had been given two coupons and one drink was discounted. When I went into the cashier, I had a stinky face and a very impatient tone...
