Workers there are extremely rude and disrespectful. Yelled at me and my friends for no reason. Do not go here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Me and my friends were simply waiting for the bathroom and some worker came out and yelled at us for absolutely no reason. We were simply just standing there for a good minute and this lady came out and yelled “CAN I HELP YOU?”. I have never experienced this kind of customer service and this worker should get reprimanded.

This afternoon, October 13, 2025, at 1:50 PM, I visited the Scarborough store at 1571 Sandhurst Circle to purchase 3 promotional bubble teas. When I picked up my order, a female staff member lost her temper and said, “You must order all 3 drinks at once; you cannot order separately, because there are too many papers.” I felt scolded in front of other customers. I wonder, if other customers requested 3 separate bills, would the staff react in the same angry and rude manner?

Every customer may have valid reasons for ordering separately, and they should not have to explain them on the spot. However, this staff member continued to scold me and even raised three order slips toward me. I have been a long-term customer of this store, and this experience left me very disappointed.

I also tried to explain my reasons, but she continued to assume I did not understand that the promotion applies the same way. She refused to listen and maintained a rude attitude. I find this level of customer service unacceptable and disrespectful. In the end, I could only respond, “whatever you said,” as I did not want to argue and hold up other customers waiting for their orders.

I hope your store addresses this staff behavior to prevent other customers from experiencing the same.

I ordered from Coco Bubble Tea online and left a note to replace the pearls with coconut jelly. When I went to pick it up, I was told there was an extra charge. I feel this is not right. If there is an additional charge for substitutions, the store should either call me to confirm before making the drink or let me know at pickup before it’s made. Instead, the drink was already prepared and I was asked to pay extra without being informed in advance. This feels unfair and disappointing.

Staff member named Eric provides the fastest service and made a good drink. Excellent customer service!

This specific store only has 1 guy working and it took 20 minutes to get an order

I ordered brown sugar pearl milk tea, but it turned out there was no brown sugar. The 30% sugar I ordered turned out to be very bitter, as if there was no sugar added. I had to go back and add it myself. It felt like two new employees were working. I recommend that if there are new employees and old employees Mixed work together.

Only ordered via delivery. I love coco and I always come back for the sago.

The girl made my drink poorly and I could barely hear her when I was ordering. When they were making my drink they were laughing and so loud, my drink came out terribly

Service is friendly and lots of options to choose from since it's the full service Coco location. They have cute paintings of Coco and the Toronto landscape inside which makes for a great environment for kids.

Seating area is small and outdated but many people order and leave to walk around the mall anyways.

My only concern is the intercom they speak out of behind their glass is static-y and hard to hear sometimes. Be prepared to ask for clarification.
