I ordered the Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea w/Tea Jelly and worker A told me it was with Honey Jelly now, not Tea Jelly. I found it weird that this was not stated or shown anywhere; I didn't mind changing toppings, however, I have a honey allergy. I expressed this to them and worker B immediately said "It's fake honey". Worker A seemed shocked, but Worker B was adamant that it was fake honey and would not let me get an alternative topping.
After I paid, I still felt uneasy, so I asked again, letting them know I wasn't comfortable with the risk as I am allergic, and asked politely if I could please swap toppings. As Worker A was about to say yes, worker B chimed in and said "No, we don't allow substitutions, only add-ons". I clarified further "Even if I have an allergy?", she said yes and walked away. The workers thought I don't understand Cantonese, but I do, and I heard Worker A question Worker B a few times if it really wasn't real honey, to which she said "Yeah it's just sugar syrup".
When I got home and had my drink, I had a bad allergic reaction. I don't know which would have been worse - if 1) I was able to have the drink and it was false honey, meaning your company is false advertising, or 2) It isn't fake honey, but the worker would not let me make any adjustments even though I am allergic and had already paid, essentially forcing me to purchase a product that I could not have and risking my life with my allergic reaction.
These workers are not properly trained, as I have always been able to swap items if it is due to dietary restrictions. This was two female Cantonese workers on October 21st around 5pm. This service is unacceptable and I hope it does not happen to anyone who has life-threatening allergies.

I’ve ordered the jasmine brown sugar milk tea here 3 times total. First time it was delicious, so I returned and got it again. Second time it tasted like water! I thought it could be a bad day for them so I didn’t write a review. Now it is getting 2 stars because I ordered it again today and once again it’s watery. I don’t know if it’s because I am asking for less ice, but this doesn’t qualify as tea anymore.

It's 2024, the 3 foot table directly in front of the ordering counter is unnecessary. If it wasn't there, then the customers can hear what the staff are saying and vice versa. Yelling at kids because they can't hear you from 5 feet away is unacceptable. Staff's voice is muffled behind plexi glass and a mask in addition to being separated by 5 ft. Be more kind and pleasant if you want customers to return. If I can submit a zero star for service, I would.

The staff are amazing and friendly, this location is my favourite place. I am a regular customer and the way they make my drink is always perfect. When they took out the Lemon King from there menu I was so sad , but when the staff told me to try the Lychee Green Tree drink it was awesome and this is what I always have at least 4 times a week. Awesome people
