Worst experience I ever had so far. The tall guy who took my order was very rude. I get that I got a big order but he wasn't really nice taking my order. I kinda observed that he was like that too to the other customer after me. Just want to say that even though you're going through something, I hope you still smile or atleast talk to your customers nicely :)

Only my third time at CoCo, and this visit was really disappointing. We asked for no seeds in the “2 for $9 passionfruit” drinks, but the cashier said she’d still add them. If she HAD to add seeds, she could’ve at least just put 1 scoop not 2–3. I had to take them out myself at home. My friend ordered the same drink last week and they gave it to her without seeds, no problem. so I don’t get why it was an issue this time. Kinda ruined the whole drink for me. Not to mention she also had attitude.

doesn’t allow adjusting the sugar neither adding/taking out any ingredients, not flexible at all, also the girl staff on June 1st morning shift makes it feel like she’s doing it intentionally thought she insists it’s the procedure.

A friend and I stopped by CoCo to grab some bubble tea! This was our first time visiting in a while. I came in to order the Strawberry Latte but they unfortunately changed the menu and only serve a Berry Latte. The Berry Latte was okay (7/10) but definitely cannot top the Strawberry. We got our drinks pretty fast and the cashier was very kind!

I visited the facility on Tuesday, April 15 at around 5:30 PM and had an extremely disappointing experience. A female staff member was noticeably disrespectful toward multiple customers, including myself. Her tone was rude, her behavior unprofessional, and she made the environment very uncomfortable for everyone present.

Came today for a Brown Sugar Pearl Jasmine Milk Tea and the barista was very rude and blunt. He also seemed very displeased I didn't tip but I was going to tip in cash but I'll keep that for myself. The brown sugar pearls are usually warm but they were ice cold and clumped together (they either weren't fresh or made bad). Take your business somewhere else.

I recently visited Coco for a late-night bubble tea, as I had heard a lot about this well-known chain. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when they told me they were out of stock of the honeydew milk tea I was hoping to get. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean, but it was frustrating that they didn’t have one of their popular flavors available. In contrast, I went to Gong Cha in the same courtyard, where I was able to get my honeydew milk tea, and it was made perfectly. Coco should ensure they keep their supplies stocked to better meet customer expectations.

I've purchased two drinks on Sep 26 afternoon, there is a female staff with short hair mistakenly made a mango smoothie with sago instead of the mango pomelo sago smoothie.
I politely asked her if it could be remade, she said yes, but she acted impatient, rolling her eyes, kept sighing, and repeatedly mentioned that she had confirmed the order.
If she was unwilling to remake the drink, she could have said no. Please do not treat customers with a bad attitude.

I had ordered Lychee green tean from here. I had requested for 30% sugar and less ice. They insist on taking their recommended proportions and dont take our request. Additionally, i would request to please provide spoon to eat the stuff (jellies and lychees/any fruit inside. I cant use the straw to eat those as the straw gets soggy and the mountain of ice does not allow me to. I did not pay to eat ice.
