This place used to be great but counter staff are rude.

Lovely place to sit and enjoy either with a company or solo. Only reason why I have 1 less star is because unfortunately they don't have halal options, wish there were more seafood or veggie options. But love it regardless.

Had the worst customer service experience just not at the cafe. There was no one in line and the lady who was working made me wait so she can go into her purse and fix her keys in. Made me wait, didn't apologize, had no good customer service. Didn't even apologize for making me wait or didn't even greet me and came with no smile and started taking my order. Worst cafe ever!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!

The male manager is nice but the female manager obviously hates her job and is angry. I ordered over $20 worth of food. I politely requested a stir stick and kleenex when i got my tea because I needed to take tbe bag out. She glared at me and gave me the items like I was being unreasonable. She needs to learn how to say please, your welcome and thank you and learn how to smile. If you hate people you shouldn't work at customer service. She is burnt out. I agree that customers need to order one item each and shouldn't bring their own food or drinks. A sign clearly stating this at the entrance would be better than her verbally enforcing it. There was only one muffin and I asked it some more would be made. I was told that there would be no more made. This place closes in the evening so I found it strange since it was around 3 pm.

The hours should just say open whenever they want. Today is the 3rd time I went there at 845 am and they weren’t open. Went there at 9 they weren’t open but online and the sign on their door says 830am. Ridiculous that they waste people’s time like this. I actually enjoy the sandwich and smoothie but the service is TERRIBLE.

I was waiting for my friend to come so we can order together. The middle aged lady who works there, she told that I need to order right away or else o have to get out. I was there for hardly 10 min.

Staff is rude
The lady working at front @5:02 PM must be fired for being rude.

Treated my partner with disrespect and aggression. Instead of politely citing the restaurant policies, the lady at the counter asked him to leave immediately if he doesn't buy something. Very rude and disrespectful. Please be nice to customers.

Bad service and worse treatment. I felt insulted in that cafe. I ordered coffee for me and my guest who was visiting me from a neighboring city. My guest refused to eat anything because he had a stomach ache. They asked my guest to leave because he didn't want to eat anything. And if he wanted to sit with me, he would have to buy something.

Don’t know tbh why ratings are so low, this is actually nest breakfast place in that area nice atmosphere and good food

The lady here is incredibly rude and suspicious. I've watched her yell at numerous people for simple things like taking time to place their order. Any time a person complains here in the reviews, Coffee cultrue just sends an auto reply. They should fire this lady.
