Contrary to all the poor reviews that I have seen, when a friend and I stopped by we had an excellent time eating and have a couple of drinks we both got iced coffee’s and the pesto panini Contrary to all the poor reviews that I have seen, when a friend and I stopped by, we had an excellent time eating and having a couple of drinks. We both got iced coffees and the pesto panini sandwich.

I would recommend, but the poor reviews and it seemingly having NO CHANGE AT ALL in the reviews for a year + turns me off from going back.

I do have to leave a p.s. HOW! Is it possible that coffee culture (owner) is responding to all the negativity but 0 change has happened. That is insane.

The place is clean. There was sitting available when we went. It was about 6:30pm. Ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich. Didn’t have to wait for our order. It’s pretty quiet. Staff is nice. You can go with family. Parking is difficult. Just because there is so much going on in that plaza, feel that parking is an issue at times.

I really love their breakfast egg muffin that is a much better version of the egg McMuffin! The fried egg tastes better and I’m wondering if it’s the brand of egg or the oil it’s cooked in.

We also had to try this tantalizing Chocolate Avalanche pastry! So delicious, freshly baked and tasty! The place is also never crowded whenever we come here so I like that we can pick a window booth to enjoy our food.

The service is good and fast too and I think it’s a husband and wife team. But make sure you order something first at the counter, they don’t want you to sit there eating or drinking nothing from this place.

Very disappointed at the service here. We bought food for the adults and gave our baby some fruits to eat. Fruits that we packed from home. We were told that no outside food is allowed and that the fruits must be put away. Nice going champs. Real classy way to treat your customers and their child.

Horrible service. The owner is rude and disrespectful. It’s a coffee place where people come to work and socialize however her attitude has made this place worse.

Love everything about coffee cultures. Such a nice atmosphere. In this day and age with so much chaos in the world, its such a nice relaxing get away. I go with my daughter. We get to relax, connect and enjoy wonderful beverage and food!! 🙂

I usually don’t write reviews but I had an extremely unpleasant experience not even 6 minutes into my stay at this coffee culture location. I was seated somewhere and was trying to find a plug for my laptop when I was met with an extremely RUDE and UNPLEASANT woman who worked there that raised her voice and told me I had to order before I chose a seat. Had she used a different tone that would’ve been fine but telling me I must buy something while I have not even settled in is SO hasty. Never coming back! Try learning how to respectfully engage with customers.

I'm convinced the Coffee Culture franchise does NOT care about its customers. I complained about the incredibly rude service about two years ago and never came back till tonight. I was shocked that the same lady who was so hostile to customers is STILL allowed to deal with customers. I personally witnessed her berate a couple and another gentleman while I was waiting to place my order. The gentleman she started going at as soon as he walked him saying he can't sit until he pays for something. The couple was told the same thing and they walked in just as I did. I literally saw the young couples complete mood change after being embarrassed by this lady's random attitude towards them. She actually said "You BOTH have to pay for something to sit here".

As with all the other reviews, Lady Upfront, you could easily hire anyone else, but you have her as my first interaction with the business. Anyone who interacts with her will never come back.

Very bad experience.. The customer service is very poor and lacking. The lady sounds very hostile and aggressive. We are not allowed to decide what we want to drink or eat. We needed to order the second we stepped through the door.. The employee wouldn’t even allow me time to get up before kicking us out ( I have a MCL Medial Collateral Ligament condition) which can’t allow me to move right away, then she threatened to call someone else to remove us. When one of my friend ordered. They’re refusing to serve until everyone has ordered. Which is ridiculous and unethical. This practice is very unpleasant and shouldn’t be represented with this culture.

I visited Coffee Culture around noon today, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. As soon as we entered, we greeted the lady at the counter, but she completely ignored us and came off as quite bossy and rude.
There were no available tables, so we sat at the back where there were four seats and a table, not realizing it was marked for employees. When she came over, she was visibly angry and said, “You cannot sit there; can’t you read the sign that this is for employees?” We explained that we hadn’t noticed it. Instead of addressing us politely, she insisted that we had to get up and rudely said, “All I can do is give you a takeout bag, and you guys can leave.
It was disappointing to be treated that way, especially since it was a special day for us. We didn’t want to let her attitude ruin our experience, but this was my first visit, and it left a bad impression. I believe staff should treat customers with respect, and this lady certainly does not deserve to be in customer service.
