Do not go to this restaurant, thefood is not good, we ordered 10 dim sum dish 7 of the not well prepared and mushy. Tried talking to the manager name James, he wasn't helpful and his attitude was disgusting and very unprofessional. I asked him what was the reason and said that's your opinion and I don't care. This is my honest review and personal.

The main product is unpalatable!

Food:
- Crown Jewel BBQ Pork Buns had a nice crust with a tasty filling. It’s definitely a handful and good for sharing between 3 and 2 people.
- Steamed Chicken Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Rice Roll Deep Fried Pork Dumpling tasted pretty much as what you’d expect like in other dim sum places
- Sui Mai and Chicken Feet tasted good and would order again

Service:
- Service was good. Some dim sum places may be a bit tough with English but our server was quick and responsive. I did order two more things but I guess they forgot to put the order in because we never got it.

Overall, it’s a good restaurant for dim sum but compared to other places, there are better.

No line up, service is prompt, high chairs are clean. Place is well kept and the fine wear is new. Dim sum price is reasonable.

This restaurant use to be very very good. Recently it has gone downhill in service aside from one lady server who really cares about her work. This lady always serves our family and has always served us with top notch service. The rest though has gone downhill. Winter solstice menu dinner was outrageous pricing. Special days like that I don't mind paying a little more but thr menu was very obvious to maximize profits that day. Six course meal for $308 means each dish was $50 and one of them is duck 2 dishes.
I won't be coming back anymore.

The staffs were nice and attend to your needs. Food was good and at least not over pricing. Plenty of parking places.

The one thing bad about this restaurant is they are not family oriented, there’s no change table in the washroom for babies, you can do this outside at your car in the summer, but not during the winter time, surprisingly this has not been taken care of after several conversations with different managers, and this is one of the must setup in restaurants. This really drives families with children away.

Servers were good, hence the 2 star.

Manager with glasses was terrible. Left our billfold half hanging at the opposite corner of our table at the same time came toward us wanting to grab money. We were sitting at one side of the table, he put it at the other side. We were not able to reach it at all. Clearly he didn't know what he was doing because he was busy chatting loudly nonstop with table acrossed from us.

Dim sum was meh, only siu mai was done right. Overall most not done right, tasteless, but at the same time lots of msg. Maybe use a bit of salt and soy sauce instead of over using msg please? Their dim sum is probably made in house because it can't be that bad coming from central kitchens. It's not even worth to waste my time on describing how bad they are one by one...

Sad to see this once was best cantonese food location becomes so terrible now.

Had a reservation for dim sum on a Saturday. People were coming in from the street and sitting down at tables without waiting for a number and the staff just served them. Watched our table taken 5 or 6 times this way. Left after an hour in frustration.

Place is totally chaotic, rude customers. Avoid at all costs.
