Average HK cafe located next to Foody Supermarket, and other asian restaurants. The food tastes okay, for really affordable prices. But I rather they use better quality ingredients and charge slightly higher prices.
Restaurant decor and furniture is very outdated and needs a renovation. The receipts are handwritten.
Staff are friendly.

Chestnut patches taste normal
But this is my first time eating Chinese food and the portion is so small
In addition, the portion of the corned beef and egg roll is small.

Ordered the chicken steak with tomato sauce, with a cream soup. The tomato sauce is sweeter than other places ice tried. Food was good overall. Place is a bit too dark for my liking but was ok.

I have been eating here for I don’t know how many years. Their attitude towards old customers is to tip them because they don’t have coins. If they are missing 20 cents (maybe 1.5 cents), they start a fight with the customers and shout very loudly, “Not enough!” I really took the rubbish out of the rubbish. Ps. More than once! If the change is short, the change that should be given is usually one or two yuan less.

Absolute the worst server, very bad attitude just because I speak Mandarin. The food is good though. To sum up, VERY HONGKONGNESE

Amazing food qualities with affordable prizes. Service is reasonable. Impressed by the ox tail roasted in red wine.

Was the best lemon tea in Toronto, still is the best lemon tea in Toronto. Even with all these new cha chaan tengs opening up, none of them compare to D&R’s lemon tea.

Yesterday went to lunch with friends. The restaurant as a whole feels old, but tidy. Occasionally, I would like to eat in such an old Hong Kong style tea restaurant. The food tastes OK. No surprises. Finally, I lay down the waiter to find 5 yuan (gave her a total of 80, tip is 67.5), and she found one yuan for me?... Anyway, there's no interest in doing it again, not just because of the few dollars?

I never knew this was a HK cafe based on the name. I finally tried it and it is a whole in the wall kind of restaurant. Price is low, menu is very limited and small. Portion is kind of small too but then, I mean for the price they charged, can't really complain. Place is not big but the wait time for a table is not bad at all. Service is your typical Chinese service.. Just don't expect much :) Parking is free but can be hectic and limited with the drivers drivng to come in and out from the plaza, especially with the supermarket nearby and Mcdonald's. Be careful of bad drivers. Very easily accessible through transit.

The food was alright, but the server I had was extremely impatient. Gave us additude and overall a little bit rude.
