I ordered pav bhaji and was promised 2 extra pavs, but when I opened the package, there were only 4. Everywhere in India, 4 pavs is the standard serving, so where exactly are these ‘extra’ pavs? Turns out these people think 2 pavs is normal, and for this ridiculous portion size, they’re charging $25! When I called to ask what’s going on, the woman on the phone smugly says, ‘We’ve been doing this for 3-4 years.’ Are you serious? What a joke! Absolute rip-off and a total waste of money. Unbelievable.

I've been a regular at Dilli Wala and always loved the food, but after today's visit, I’m never coming back. I came here to enjoy a meal with my sister, who traveled all the way from Kitchener because I had bragged so much about the place. We ordered fried veg momos, spring rolls, and chilli potato. The momos were cold and not at all crispy, and when I complained, the chef dismissed it, saying the weather outside was cold – seriously? The spring rolls were soaked in oil, completely soggy, and the chilli potato lacked any crispiness. On top of that, when we refused to take the chilli potato, the staff insulted us at the reception. The service was beyond unacceptable, and the staff clearly needs proper training on how to treat customers. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be returning.
