This place grows on you. I've been coming to this place since it's conversion from fine dining to a fresh market diner to a buffet and then a bingo hall, gaming center. It really has evolved since and now they are operators of an OLG licensed gaming venue, East of downtown Toronto. Great environment and is still a family run business. Did I mention that the food is reasonably priced and the food is still great as well.

The absolute best bingo hall in Ontario.
They have a modern, clean facility that is very well kept and offers a wide variety of reasonable snack bar options and clean updated washrooms.
Their bingo programs are very competitive and offer excellent value while giving players many different options to purchase.
Most importantly the management and staff are absolutely fantasy. Everyone is extra friendly and helpful and go out of their way to provide help to all players.
Excellent promotions and special programs offer and they are very responsive to customers.
My only wish is that they would bring the balls back :)

I was so shock when security ask me to leave if I wasn't playing. What kind of a place is this .
Do they want people to play non stop? We can't stand and look around?
What if I was taking a break or maybe lost my money and was waiting some transfer, what ever the reason maybe . This is very rude, it's recipe to push people away from this place.
Terrible experience I won't go and won't recommend to anyone to play here, unless you you don't mind to be kicked out if you are not playing.

As specially some one who has been loyal customer for many years and spends lot of money at your bingo hall
So I found this behaviour very humiliating and unprofessional.
I played today and lost $500 in an hour and I was upset of course and I just wanna go hang out litt bit so then security tells me to leave if I am not playing.
What the hell is this.
I'll be honored not to waste my time and money at a place who doesn't respect my business as specially being a long time customer.
You should be ashamed to treat customers like this .
I hope to pass this experience to other regular people or new comers to think twice before coming to dolphin bingo.
