Fun entertainment for all!
This gaming site is awesome! Avenue is huge, huge variety of slots & the food is great! I'm a forever customer.
Best Cassino
Have a great 1st time playing Bingo & Slots
Apparently, the horrible treatment people receive here is what you aim for.
I was in yesterday waiting to buy my bingo cards and witnessed the manager, at least she claims to be, verbally abuse an elderly lady because 'her money was not in her hand'. Not a big deal after all we all should practice patience.
This 'manager' had called her stupid which of course upset the guest and a verbal debate went back and forth u till the manager told her that she can not do anything or complain because as the manager all emails will go to her anyway.
This is absolutely disgusting and I did give some advice to the guest of Dolphin Gaming.
I hope she complains s or contacts the owners as I have gone ahead and reported this behavior to my friends at the AGCO.
Video surveillance in these establishments are very important!
Stay clear and head elsewhere unless you want to be treated poorly.
Wonderful experience. Sat and fridays are good .love to go on 7 pm sessions
Have not played bingo since I use to take my grams many moons ago. It has changed a lot but the people there are so friendly and helpful. I love it there will def go back
I came to visit all the way from Windsor. I was disgusted at how I was treated by the lady in the snack bar.....very poor customer service....I was also not impressed with how just people your customers treat everyone. I have mobility issues and use a walker. I was cut off almost losing my balance from people walking in front of me. The staff allows those with walkers and wheelchairs at the counter to get books without waiting in line, customers constantly try to get in front of you cause it's their turn. Also people are playing several slot machines when it's busy taking from other people and when they are saving machines with chairs up. That is not fair and needs to be enforced. It's to crammed in the slot room and no room for walkers and wheelchairs either. The washrooms were disgusting. My friend and I have never been so upset like we were this past weekend. We are considering finding a different bingo hall to play next time we make a road trip get away. I was able to speak to manager Monica. Precious sweet lady by the way. She handled my snack bar issue. Lastly, you need to allow us to bring in our own food. Plandemic is long over and your cafeteria is too expensive and not many options. Lower your prices or allow us to bring stuff in. This is the only bingo hall that I visit that has this rule.
Anyhow, totally disappointed in my recent visit.
This is an amazing, entertaining spot. Wasn't too busy, and it was very relaxing. Most of all is very close to home.

It's ok there but they need to change up there games. Same 1 line 2 line almost every game.
The bartender is absolutely rude. The energy is vile. Treat the people that are assisting you with your wages with kindness. A kinder more gentler, and people orientated bartender would draw in more customers. Bingo is alright but you give no time for people to check their sheets.
Good food, prizes are good.
Friendly atmosphere, good food available and the prizes are the best you can get at any bingo place.
Enjoyed it there
