I ordered 4 pizzas for an event. A bone was found in a pepperoni and green pepper pizza, and my friend almost choked on it. I reached out to report this, and I was told i would receive a response withing 3-4 business days. It has now been a weeks, and I have not heard from them yet. Very disappointing. I used to love Domino's, but now I am unsure I will ever be ordering from here again... :(

I’ve been coming to this dominos quite frequently over the past couple months and every single time I place an order Amit makes it. Let me tell you. This guy knows how to make a pizza. It’s always amazing. I genuinely get excited when I see that he’s the one making it. Give him a raise or something!! All the other staff at this location are awesome and friendly too. Always a pleasure.

Great pizza, Except it wasn't sliced. The location is at a busy intersection so taking turns within your car to get here can be hectic. I am not sure why they didn't slice the pizza as I placed the order very early in advance. Thank God I had a pizza slicer at home so I had to do it myself. Either way, the pizza tasted great. They just missed the slicing detail.

I have been to Dominos few times in the past but usually pizza is not well cooked with very little layer of cheese, the service was not great.
But my yesterday’s experience was totally different. I’m not sure if it’s change of management or something else. (people in store were different as well)
Pizza was really well made. Service was great. All of us enjoyed and we might increase our frequency to store if they keep that level of consistency.
The staff are that incompetent to serve undercooked, unseasoned pizza when I specifically put well done with garlic & herb. You’re going to get people sick with this bs

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s. My wife had placed a special deal order but forgot about it, and since we never received a call from the store, the order slipped our mind. When we went back the next day to place the same order, the manager (Amit) began arguing with my wife, insisting that we had been called and repeatedly asked his employee to confirm it. The employee quickly said “yes,” but I know for a fact that no call was ever made and I would absolutely challenge that.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager chose to blame us for their supposed loss, even pointing out how many toppings the pizza had and how the store didn’t make any money. That is not how a customer should be treated. I’ve worked in customer service for many years, and one thing I was taught is simple: the customer is always right, or at the very least deserves respect.
My concern is whether this issue is with the manager himself, or if it’s pressure from the ownership that pushes employees to argue with customers instead of resolving the problem. Either way, this is not acceptable service, and I will think twice before returning to this location.

I ordered pasta without chicken but still got one with chicken. Being a pure vegetarian, this really upset me because it’s about my belief, not just taste. When I called customer service, instead of helping, they were rude. Really disappointed with the experience.
