If I could lower the score I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years collecting and redeeming hundreds of points. Now I don’t know if it’s a new management but first I was sent dry pizza and BURNT wings. Secondly the woman on the phone was very disrespectful and insulting to my family when we asked for it to be corrected. Laughing on the phone when we’ve asked why they would serve someone this scrap. After finally getting a new batch delivered to us it was still dry and burnt. These “I’m sorry” responses to the reviews are FAKE. I do not recommend buying from this location ever again. Go to the many other pizza shops around the neighbourhood, save yourself the stress and money from this lousy establishment. Next review is to the higher ups

Made me wait a long time when it said my order was ready and said they made a mistake and kept giving me other excuses. Won't be coming back to this location. Very disappointed in the service.
Great service. Ordered online on way home from work and hit wrong saved pizzas in my profile and called them and they cancelled the order no problem and when I placed my order again they called to confirm.

I usually order from this location every single month and most of the time there is a girl who works at front, she is great but this time she was not there. I ordered a large pizza but my friend picked up the order and you guys just gave him medium size pizza box in which there is a tiny pizza. The worst part its burnt from the top and raw dough from inside, by the time I went back to show the store was closed. I had to threw it away, honestly I was not expecting this service. The person who rushed the order actually making people sick.
