Have been coming here for over 2 years and the quality of food and staff have only gotten worse!! Simran has a salty attitude and doesn't even know how to speak properly, let alone make a good pizza. My pizza had toppings loose all in the box and not on the actual pizza. I thought putting toppings on was Domino's job, not my family's.

The customer service here is a joke, employees lied about contacting me to confirm my order, didn't receive any calls, after an hour I had to call them to confirm something that should have been done on their end. The woman working the phone has zero common sense and a terrible work ethic. Save your money and order from pizza pizza.

I recently ordered pan pizza with extra cheese and i didn’t had enough cheese on my pizza.I don’t know what amount of cheese is considered as extra cheese. But to my knowledge at least sauce shouldn’t be visible. This happened with my order for the third time. For the first two time I made a complaint and i was provided replacement.So, this time I considered to put a google review and try to change store.I was a customer for this store since 2019.

Kid-friendliness: I had my cousin with me who was actually trying to compel me to buy a drink for him but unfortunately I had 3 dollars less due to which said No to him and he started crying. But the manager there was so kind and friendly to give him (my cousin) the drink for free.

Found 3 pieces of bone in my slice and was told because it wasn't the same day that I complained about it, they wouldn't do anything in regards to BONE in my PIZZA. If it was a different ingredient, sure I understand, but 3 PIECES OF BONE!! I have pictures as well, and have reported it to the head office. Just waiting to hear back.Edit: Store has yet to contact me back, and I let it slide. Today I go in for a walk in special for a 1 topping Medium pizza @ $7.99. When I asked about it, Simran immediately started raising her voice at me. I asked her to take a look at the sign that clearly states "1 topping medium pizza for $7.99" which she refused to do, and instead, tells me it's a small 1 topping for $6.99. There was another customer with me who heard the whole conversation, and asked to me to show him the sign. He then came into the store with me and confirmed this. I then brought the sign to her since she refused to come and see it herself and wants to assume that im not reading correctly. Even after that, Simran continued to yell at me and I've left a report to Domino's head office. Stop letting people with garbage customer service skills work in customer service environments, especially those that hardly speak English.
