I really enjoy eating at east side Mario especially their tomato soup however, this time when I went, I did not have a pleasant experience. Previously, I have always had extremely lovely servers but this time, the server was extremely rude. I felt as if she was not even interested in talking to me. I do not mind waiting because I understand it was busy but the server showed attitude. One more bad experience on top of this was the charge she put on my bill. Me and my friend ordered...
We were greeted at the door and sat at a booth. The server was at our table within a couple of minutes. She was very sweet and pleasant, she answered and accommodated us with a smile. I didn't get her name as she didn't have a name tag, but she is really a people person and her smile made our day.
Took my mother for dinner tonight and it was amazing! We had the chicken parm and was hands down one of the best chicken parms I've had! Our server, can't remember her name because I have the brain of a goldfish and I meant to ask on the way out, was outstanding! She was very energetic, helpful, and outgoing! She made sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and more! She had curly black hair and some pretty sweet cool looking...
