Energy Shack Juice bar

I have been a cx at the Energy Shack for yrs, from their old location to now. I have tried a detox a handful of times and I really enjoy their vegan treats.
I decided to try the “Go Deeper” detox (3 day), I preordered the detox on a Thursday morning but wasn’t able to pick it up that day (a Thursday) due to the weather. Bc the detox was already prepped the owner called and suggested I pay via email and pick it up on Friday morning. That the juice wouldn’t be as fresh for the last day (3rd day), Sunday… so I can come back for a fresh batch (Sunday morning) to finish the detox. I had no problems coming back.

Sunday morning, I got the juice that had my name on it, the juice that I thought was suppose to be the last or only one for the detox. I went to work and got home pretty late, when I looked over the pdf form of instructions I was missing a juice called “Power House”. I decided to wait the next day a Monday to reach out about the missing product. I left a text msg w/ photos..(bc we had spoke via text Thursday night.. the night I pre ordered) and I also called.. Not 1 person has taken the time to reach out, follow up and find out the situation…. I just wanted to do it right and follow the instructions they gave me, especially bc I paid $159 for the package and missed one. It feels like if I was purchasing something I would have gotten a response MUCH faster, like Thursday night. I’m actually a little taken back and disappointed by the lack of interest in a cx concern. I have never had any issues with the owner or anyone there. I feel like I didn’t get the FULL benefits of the 3 detox and I’m pretty annoyed by that. I literally followed the instructions to the T only to be gipped the last day.

Just sipped their rehydrate cold pressed vegetable juice.... One of the most refreshing things I have tasted in a long time. WOW!

I just completed the two day juice cleanse and it was the most transformative experience I’ve had with my health! Thank you to the entire team for their care and expertise. Bonus tip: for relief from seasonal allergies, ask about their tea.

I went here planning to get a smoothie and it just took me to a gluten free bakery that happens to sell a few Energy Shack products. It took my partner and I some time to even figure out we had to pop into the bakery to get these. I think it would be best to update this listing to Whisked - Gluten Free Bakery instead of Energy Shack Bar. So much about this including the website feels deceptive.I got an immunity boost energy shot which is good.

I was an avid supporter of Energy Shack but I was not able to visit as often as I used to. I knew they were moving but thought they would still have a store front. It is too bad they had to downsize so much! I was just at their new location and was very disappointed. I guess nutritional consultation is more the direction they are going.

Carolyn and her team always provide a warm welcome while sharing imperative information about what’s best for our bodies and mind. I appreciate their honesty and their kind approach to walking me through the process. Going plant-based isn’t easy, but implementing some of the practices is what works for me and they respect that.Thanks Energy Shack!

I love the food here! I never thought a true carnivore could enjoy such delicious vegetarian food.This is a definite must for anyone interested in satisfying their taste buds while improving their health.

Hidden gemVery high quality juicesI have yet to try their food optionsMy experience today was very positive.We were immediately greeted by Caroline. She asked us if we have been there before, it was our first time, then followed by giving us a tour of the place. She made us feel welcomed and seemed very approachable.Will be happy to add this place as one of our favorites in the city

Still a juice gem to Scarborough! I do have some concern that since dynamo founder Carolyn has moved away to bliss ville there is less food/juice options. There is a transition happening. So we’ll see.
