BIG BROTHERS GOURMET PIZZA

Ordered two pizzas and both arrived raw!!! The dough under the toppings were literally uncooked! Called the resto, accepted their apologies and looked forward to receiving a new promised order… fast forward 45 minutes later…. Exact same pizzas, and cooked exactly the same… raw dough!!!! This has never ever happened before and I shall never ever order from here again. Buyer beware.

Quality has really taken a hit since the ownership change.

Definitely one of the better pizza joints in my area. Great pizza at a fair price. Only thing is I wish they added a box tamper stickers for couriers on their boxes for safety.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff. My friend was wrongly accused of being someone who had previously written a bad review about the store. Despite clarifying multiple times that he was not the person in question, the staff continued to harass him, accusing him of lying and even claiming he had changed his name.

This behavior was not only unfounded but outright disrespectful and hostile. It’s unacceptable to treat any customer in this manner, especially without any evidence to back up such accusations. My friend walked into the store as a customer and was met with unwarranted suspicion and harassment instead of respect and professionalism.

I strongly advise against supporting a business that treats customers this way. Accountability and basic respect should be standard in any interaction, and this store failed miserably on both counts.

The food (Poutine) was very stale tasting with almost no flavour, very overpriced for the taste (approx. $8) The interior of the store was also very depressing, tables were sticky. DO NOT COME HERE, they have no respect for customers, and cannot handle critique,

Bring back Enricos Pizza. Every Christmas Eve it’s been a tradition to get a cheese pizza with extra cheese from Enricos. Today we got it from Big Brothers which took over Enricos. I should have looked at it before I paid. I’m sorry I’m posting this but how do you serve me this and think it’s ok.

It is never worth it. They are charging a mid size Pizza for 17.5 dollars while giving us the smallest size, If you can't make pizza close that damn store man.

Gourmet may be a bit of a stretch

Last night we ordered a 3 topping panzo and 2 medium pepperoni pizzas. Received cold and gross.

The Panzo had no toppings, its crust was cardboardesque, and the pizzas seemed to be made of similar stuff. We managed to choke down a slice because after waiting almost 90 minutes, we were nearly ravenous and would have eaten the cardboard by that point. We probably should have, as it would have likely tasted better.

Needless to say, we will not be reordering.

Wow, the pizza we ordered has to be one of the worst we have ever had. It tasted like flavoured cardboard. Not nearly enough cheese and really strange tasting salami. We will not be going back.
