Every time when i ask mild kothuroti, they'll make it like burning extra spicy. I think they don't make food for your order, they just put whatever they have and never mind about how you ordered.

Food is good. I'm a customer for a long time. Portions are good but not like before. Some staffs not all of them, too concerned about how much food they put in the box especially briyani. They scan every rice of the briyani with their eyes. We don't ask you to put a lot but Don't be too picky and measure everything. Some of them are rude but the owner is very nice.

Purchased idiyappam that was spoiled and a cream bun for my kids that was dry like rusk. Honestly, what kind of safety is this? You should all feel ashamed. Would you serve the same food to your own children???

ERAA has opened T&R Boutique which is opp ERAA bakery that is ERAA Plaza 2nd floor they have different types bags, bangles, Slippers, leggins, and kids school bags too price is also reasonable. I would suggest this shop.

Very disappointed with the service here! I’m a Sri Lankan Muslim, and wanted to support our community’s business, but unfortunately the workers were so arrogant and rude. I wanted to get to fish patties, but they kept on putting the damaged and ripped ones for me, I was speaking to them in Tamil and telling that that please don’t give me the ripped ones, but they ignored me and did not listen at all. When the other lady was talking to the worker they were nice to them and listing to them and spoke with them in Tamil. The discrimination is very disappointing and hurtful, if you’re Muslim and Sri Lankan, there are better bakeries out there so go support them. Very disappointed and sad with Eraa bakery :(
