The food at Bakery is okay. However, there is an ongoing issue with billing transparency. They charge an additional surcharge when paying by credit card, but this surcharge is not mentioned or itemized on the receipt when requested. Under Canadian consumer regulations, any additional fees must be clearly disclosed and shown on the receipt. Avoiding this creates confusion and is misleading for customers. I hope the management addresses this and improves transparency in their billing practices.

This bakery has been around more for than a decade. It upgraded its look to compete with 2 other bakeries within the same mall.
They don’t make (knead or stuffed) any of the buns onsite. Early morning prior to opening, they will wheel in covered carts filled with trays of unbaked buns into their store. Throughout the day, they would baked the buns. You can smell it from a good distance away.
Buy 6, you don’t have to pay tax. Mix and match items.
I just buy the individually wrapped buns here. I haven’t tried any of their cakes. I paid with cash. They might accept debit.
Note: They like for you to place your money on the counter for visibility purposes. They will also place your change on that same counter.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a bakery. My daughter accidentally picked up one pack that we didn’t want, didn’t eat, and didn’t even open. Still, the staff insisted we must pay for it.
The employees were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. They didn’t care about the situation at all and acted like they were doing us a favor by charging us for something we never needed.
If this is how Everbest Bakery treats their customers, then I’m shocked they’re still in business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects customers.

Everbest Bakery, located inside the mall, has a great selection of snack-sized treats, which is perfect for a quick bite. We tried their Mango Mousse cake, expecting something fresh since the cashier assured us that their items are made fresh daily. Unfortunately, the cake was frozen when we tried it, which was disappointing and clearly not freshly made as claimed. The variety is nice, but the misleading information about freshness left a bad taste. Hoping they can be more transparent in the future

We ordered a birthday cake and had specific requirements for the theme and they did it beautifully. The cake wasnt overly sweet which was appreciated by most of our guests. Will be ordering from here again.

Got a chicken bun, cut it almost in half, and I still don’t see any filling, should be sold cheaper instead. If you don’t want to put more filling, you don’t have to make a big bun. If you don’t sell it like you’re cheating your buyers, it would be much better for your shop’s image.

We love coming here for pastries and bread 3-4x a week but today's cashier was very rude @ 3:15 pm. I KINDLY asked for a forks and a straw and she picked up the straw with bare hands and slammed in on the counter (its not an indivodually wrapped straw). I think they just lost a regular customer due to this nasty behaviour
