First the owner's attitude is very rude, second, she is not honest. I asked her if they take credit card, she said yes without informing me that they charge a 0.50 fee for credit card transaction. And they don't give you receipt, so I wouldn't even have noticed the 0.5 credit card transaction fee if it were not that I only bought one bread. When I noticed the impossible total amount for one piece of bread, she told me because there is a tax charge. I said tax charge won't be this much, only until then she relunctantly said because we charge a 0.5 credit card transaction fee. I wouldn't have paid with credit card if they told me in the first place they charge a fee for credit card. And the bread tastes horrible, dry and salty and the bread is very small. I will never buy anything from this store anymore.

Very affordable. We got the mango pineapple cake ($2.90 a slice) as well as the mini cheesecakes ($4 for 4 slices). They do charge for using debit (25¢) or credit (50¢?) so bring cash if you can. Overall the cakes were definitely good, especially for the price paid. It was still fresh and didn't taste dry or old. I would definitely try other baked goods from here if I visit the plaza again.

Quite a decent bakery with a variety of goods. One can choose from a caked or a flaky crust egg tart; both are rather nice, though I think the flaky crust one tastes more elegant. The Bolo Bao (pineapple bun) was fairly decent as well, though the dough could have been softer.

The owner had super bad attitudes towards customers. Avoid this bakery. You have better choice elsewhere and you deserve better service and experience.

I went all the way to this bakery to buy a box of taro and purple mochi, but it turned out to be sour and smelly. The last time I bought a box of soymilk, it was also sour. Can the shop make more snacks? I guess I was reluctant to throw it away after it expired. Sell to consumers...don't do this next time..

Terrible experience. Ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday and the cake that was delivered was spoiled. Very embarrassing sending a cake for someone as a surprise and the surprise was it’s spoiled and they can’t eat it. Also, it’s 50$ for this spoiled cake. When I called to let them know my disappointment, the lady who answered did not apologize but instead made excuses and I did not get a positive experience even in owning up to the mistake they made. I will never order from here again.

stay away from this bakery, you order something and you will get something else. I called to let them know that I Ordered chocolate box cake and chocolate cup cake and they sent me some weird purple color cupcake, and the employee was super rude and unprofessional, even though she accepted they sent me the wrong stuff still she was not empathetic, I spent 30 dollar to get some weird cupcake, don't waste your money. No wonder why they have only 3.1 stars reviews.

Got a bbq pork and pineapple red bean bun from here. The bbq pork bun has good a mount of filling and chunks of pork. The pineapple red bean bun has real red beans and a decent amount of filling. Both buns were under 2 dollars. Id definitely come back for those.

Great price, but the writing was a bit messy and needed corrections. They also tried to give me a different coloured cake topper at first but then they fixed it. They don't offer much customization. We paid $90 for a cake that would've been $200 from an Instagram cake person.

Newly renovated - looks fresh and modern! Love the pull-out display case drawers where the buns and pasties are stored. Recently tried the almond croissant - it was absolutely delish with almond flavoured cream filling…my fav version so far ❤️The bbq pork bun was good too with pulled pork. The two ladies that served me at the cash were pleasant. A quick recent visit, but an enjoyable and satisfied one! Will definitely return soon for the almond croissant and may try other flavours ???? See you soon Everbest!
