No problem.. make my way there, after multiple attempts to ask the cashier to check on my order over and over and over, waited until 730pm (2 HOURS), finally get my food. There must've been like 15 people in the foyer/lobby at all times. At some point, STOP TAKING ORDERS SO YOU CAN KEEP UP. Cashier absolutely MISERABLE. I understand not her fault, but cooking staff wasn't working very fast in the back, and often times yelling at each other... will order elsewhere from now on.

This is my go-to place because it is quick and cheap. But today, the white lady was very rude to us and especially to the old man asking question. The workers were rude and not accommodating. We were only 5 people in line but they were rushing us. Now, no one is in line. They are relax and just talking to each other so why are they being rude to customers. Instead of being excited eating the meal, we had a bad vibes now because on how they got our orders.
Bad customer services. Please be kind especially to old people. We are not asking for free food. We are buying food.

Ordered the fried chicken legs, wings and fried shrimp and Rolled tofu. 2 combos. 1 with white rice, beans and garlic? salmon (battered). 1 with veg fried rice, calamari and pepper beef. The batter on the fried chicken is thick, ends up being chewy, the chicken itself is seasoned well and has a hint of pepper. The fried shrimp, although fried perfectly has a bitter after taste, even once peeled. I wholeheartedly regret getting the rolled beancurd, I am unsure why it tastes like it was placed in the corner of a cupboard, apologies if this is normal. The only dishes I can say for sure that was appetising was the veg fried rice, white rice, pepper beef and string beans. . Quality definitely went down since the lockdown.... And yes I have visited recently.

i have eaten at many chines take outs all over the province and in smaller towns than chelmsford and ive never had food thos bad...and for 75$

Ordered Combo 1, rice and 2 sides. Got the sweet and sour chicken and asked for salt and pepper fish. The employee gave me calamari cause they were side by side with the fish. When I started to eat thats when I noticed that the fish that I ordered was calamari. I asked for it to be changed and she said with a disgusted face that I need to buy a full order when she was the one who made a mistake. I was going to eat the calamaris but Calamari was not very good, very rubbery. Bad customer service. Please be better next time.

Yesterday, a woman throw the receipts at me and then walked away. When i asked to speak with a manager, they all played the no english card and made wait for someone else who apparently is the only one that speaks english in that place I told her after waiting 15 min that i just needed to get my money back which i did but she was not interested in knowing what happened or address the issue and they both talked in their language , neither did i get any apologies. I guess this is a place for people who speaks their language. I know they just lost a loyal cx
