Chicken katsu (dark) with rice: - super crispy (yet not oily!) batter - chicken was slightly thin but still juicy and tender - sauce on top was the perfect sweetness - had a sample of curry mayo for dipping that also slapped - furikake on the rice was a nice savoury touch - generic coleslaw/salad but who cares
At $15, it's pretty great value for a sizeable katsu meal. Sitting is tough as it's a small place with only 8 counter seats, but it seems like a great place for takeout. Payment is also debit or cash only.

The food here is great and consistent. I always order dark meat, which is more juicy than white meat. The location and parking are a bit hard to access, so you have to park somewhere else if it is full.

The chicken katsu here is sooo good. I've gotten the burger and the one on rice so many times. They are very good when you eat them fresh, but also good when you reheat them in an airfryer or oven. They give you a more more chicken than you'd expect, so it's great if you're looking for an appetizing and satisfying meal at good price.

Asked to get the Chicken Katsu on rice and were waiting patiently for our food to be ready, but was given the Chicken Katsu burger. We said the order twice for clarification but the staff member didn’t register that. When confronting that we got the wrong order, the staff member was stating we order the burger. We ended up leaving with it as we didn’t want to make a big deal out of it.
Besides this the food was still amazing, packed with a lot of flavour. I’d still recommend the burger even though we didn’t order this initially. Still going to come back here for the food just have to make sure they got our order correct next time.

I got the beef bulgogi burger with coleslaw and taro chips. The flavour was amazing. The beef was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The toppings also tied everything well together. The burger came with taro chips which i was not expecting but it was really good! The coleslaw was also good. The burger was made fresh to order and took about 5 to 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

My daughter recommended this place to me when I was thinking where to bring my friend who was visiting from Bahamas. We got the cheese don katsu with rice and she got the chicken version. It was soooo good. Staff were friendly, place was clean and prices were reasonable. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
