Try their amazing donuts. Nice moist and guess what? Everything is healthy. Owners are amazing,friendly and they Bring new flavours of shakes and Donuts very often. Must go if you want healthy shakes with amazing taste,10/10 for the service,shakes and how amazing overall Experience was.

My girlfriend and I have recently been coming here and are obsessed! We look forward to coming for the tasty shakes and doughnuts as well as the friendly service.
Not only do the shakes satisfy my sweet tooth but have been super helpful with meeting my protein intake.

I go to First Boost to get my sweet treats! The protein donuts and protein shakes satisfy my sweet tooth. I also enjoy the caffeinated teas and waffles. There is definitely a good variety on their menu.

It was my first time there. I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to macros and calories and this place was not only perfect for me but the owners were so nice and welcoming. Giving me time and helping me choose the best option to have according to my diet. Also loved the donuts in general, haven’t had them in such a long time!
