Ordered online, they waited until I got there to bag the fries and make the milkshakes so the fries were still hot and the milkshakes cold. Good service.

Literally the best fast food burger (and maybe burger full stop) we've had in canada. Super friendly service, actually well made and tasty food and far cheaper than people would lead you to believe.

Very expensive for what we ordered. I would have expected fresh grilled mushrooms, not canned mushrooms, and onions had a very different taste to them
Cheeseburger with small fries and a regular drink is $24.60... Been in here three times... gave a chance before I left review... on every occasion something major has been wrong.... The First time the fries were terrible, second time they had to remake my burger twice (yes twice) cuz no one spoke English properly... Third time gave my order to a delivery driver by mistake .. and I had to start all the way over at the beginning... took 15 minutes and also wasn't hungry by the time it arrived... Guys, you have to start hiring people that have at least the basic Canadian experience required to interact with customers and do their jobs. I'm sorry. I wish newcomers the best but you've got to hire better... Third world experience.

I love the fact that they have everything made from scratch. This to me is important and good to have as an option. Great burgers! The fries were good a bit dry. Washrooms a bit tight and small could be a bit bigger but other than that good stuff!
