Chicken and rice for 11.99$ is a good portion and delicious. Well seasoned meat, and good prices. I believe they are family-run and owned which is an extra bonus.
Service: there's only ever 1 person working out in front and they always seem overwhelmed and tired. Handling payments and then touching the lids of containers etc should be something to work on, nothing major though.
Hand slaughtered halal signs from several years ago - but not sure about 2025.

I had the best shawarma ever at Flame Grilled Shawarma! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The man who served me was so polite and provided excellent customer service. I’m really impressed with both the food and the friendly service, definitely coming back again!

The sandwich was good, the atmosphere typical, the menu was fullsome, but the service, the service was amazing. Instead of waiting across the hall for KFC I opted try a local spot and was rewarded with warm greetings and lore from a kind woman named Azza. I have not been Malvern in over a decade and Azza gave me a warm welcome I will bot soon forget. There's still good in this world.
